Additional Records of Position
Through this window it is possible to consult, change and delete additional positions for workers.
Report the worker beginning date in this position.
This field allows to report several positions with the same beginning date, by only changing the sequence.
Report the type of worker acting in this position.
Only the types of acting which are not main records may be reported on this window. This type of acting may be reported to the worker only on the Maintenance of Records window.
Report the reason for position change.
Report the position in which the worker will act. The position reported must be in accordance to the other worker records on the reported date.
When the type of acting is main, the system will not allow to report the end date. When the type of worker acting is not of main type, the field will be enabled, however, its filling out is optional. If no end date is reported, the system will register a default date.
Define if this register of function record must (yes) or not be sent to the eSocial.
This field is displayed only when the eSocial Definitions
Enter the percentage that should be used in the post addition rule. For calculation, the system firstly searches the percentage reported in this field. If there is no percentage indicated, then the system checks the percentage reported in the Type of Acting information. When there is no salary defined in the position, the system searches the salary of the job defined in the position.
