Historical Maintenance

This screen is only displayed when the company uses the Work Desk routine.

View the employee's history and changes. Through it, the maintenance histories can be maintained. Workstation, Branch, Local , Office , Cost center , Scale, Schedule , Bond , Nature of Expenditure and Salary.



New History Inserts a new history on the date entered.



Save Changes Writes the new history or changes to the date.



Cancel changes Cancel any changes made.


Delete History I deleted all history or only a history by a certain date.

 

Change of Histories

This panel presents all changes in the worker records. The dates when the records have been changed are presented in descending order.

Records

This panel presents, in details, all records of workers, also reporting if the records refer to mandatory features of the position or not.

The records that were changed in the selected date are presented in expanded form, while the other records are presented in contracted form.

All records can be expanded or contracted by clicking on or .

 

Job position

This grid will only be displayed when the type of employee indicated is configured to use the routine of the workstation.

Salary

The fields available in Salary have the same behavior as the screen Salary History (FR038HSA) and more the possibility of user fields.
