Cancel
Allows you to cancel the adjustments of a date directly in the history of the collaborators. If the reason or type of system is informed, it only excludes dates with these types.
After filling out all data of the window, and ranges if required (through the Selection button), press the Process button to cancel the salaries on the date, reason and reported systems.
Notes
- The window run the rule per process 18 - Delete Salary Record, that is called in the deletion of each salary records.
- You will not be able to delete the employee admission history from this screen.
Change date: Report the change date to be canceled.
Reason: Report the code of the change reason to be canceled. With zeros, cancels all the reasons of the indicated date.
Type of System: Indicate which type of system must be canceled:

Sequence: The individual records of salary are also identified through the sequence code that is used to differentiate changes with same date. In this field, it is possible to identify the sequence code desirable to be canceled or leave zeros for that the module considers all of them.
Month Admitted: Enables to delete salary readjustments of workers who have been admitted in the change month (date reported in the Change Date field) of salary readjustment. That is, when indicating Yes for this field, the system will check if any admitted in the change month had a salary readjustment, if so, it will delete this readjustment.
Round Monthly Paid
A number from 1 to 14 indicating until House you want to perform the rounding value of wages after the adjustment.
The options for this type of rounding are divided between normal and special.

If you want another form of rounding, may report a rule. The round-value system variable is available for this process.
Round Hourly Paid
The module will always check the developer's syndicate how many decimal places the Union uses at the time of the adjustment, adjustment and other calculations involving wages. If the worker does not have an Union, the module will use the general definition which will be informed on the Other Indications window.
The options for this type of rounding are divided between normal and special.

Cancel: Indicate by means of one of the options below, what the situation of the salary history that should be considered in the cancellation:

In the 0-All op
tion, all wage histories that meet the above definitions will be considered. Whether or not they have registered structure \ class and salary level will not interfere with the process. In the option 1-Only Tabulated, the system will consider only records that, besides satisfying the previous requirements (date, reason, etc), have structure, class and salary level registered.
In the option 2-Only Non-Tabulated, the system will consider only the salary records that, besides satisfying the window previous requirements, do not have structure/class and salary level registered.
Hist. Future Readjustment: Indicate how future earnings will be adjusted after canceling a salary adjustment. It will be possible readjusting the percentage or the value of future records:

| Value | For future records, the salary value will be adjusted, not changing the percentage intended to each record. |
Cancel Future Salary Proposals
Use this field to undo future pay proposals during cancellation of a reset. It is only available when there is integration with the Positions and Salaries module.
When the value of this field is marked "S - Yes", the system performs the following operation:
- Checks if there are future pay proposals that have been adjusted and have not been rejected.
- The readjusted proposals are those where the field Proposed original val
- For future proposals being canceled, the value of the salary is replaced by the value of the field Proposed original value.
- The field Proposed original value is then reset.
When a salary proposal is readjusted more than once, after the cancellation, its value returns to the original, that is, it returns to the value prior to the first adjustment made.
