Document Management

This screen allows the query of all the documents of collaborators generated through the function "CodigoBarraDoc". It also allows the update of the document status through the Delivery of Documents window, accessed by the Delivery button.

To show the worker documents, the search parameters must be filled out (only the Type of Worker and Worker fields are mandatory) and click the Show button.

Type of Document

Indicate the type of document for consultation. Indicate the type of document for consultation. If this field is left blank, documents of all types are displayed. The types of documents are registered in Tables > General > Types of Documents.

Reference Date

Report the reference date for consulting the documents. The system will show the documents with date equal or greater than the date reported here. The reference date of the documents that will be considered for the query is the one entered in the parameter "DatRef" of the function "CodeBarraDoc" (field R034RED.DatRef).

Worker Documents Grid

• Document: Displays the document number (field R034RED.NumDoc) that is generated by the "CodeBarDoc" function in its "Result" parameter. This number is used to generate the bar code in the license file modules.
• Reference: Shows the reference date of the document. This date is the one entered in the "DatRef" parameter of the "CodeBarDoc" function (field R034RED.DatRef).
• Generation: Shows the generation date of the document (R034RED.DatGer field). This is the date the document was generated using the "CodeBarDoc" function (database server date).
• Delivery: Shows the delivery date of the document, that can be changed through the Delivery of Documents window.
• Status: Shows the document status, that can be changed through the Delivery of Documents window.
• Description: Shows the status description.
• Type of Document: Shows the code of the reason by which the document is being returned without signature. This reason can be reported on the Delivery of Document window when the status is Y - Returned Without Signature.
• Description: Shows the description of the type of document. This column will be displayed only when the Type of Document parameter of the search is not reported.

Delivery Button

When clicking this button, the Delivery of Documents window will be opened, which allows to change the status and the delivery date of the document.

Show Button

Shows the worker documents, according to the parameters reported.
