Analytics Round: Routine Management
The monitoring indicators in Routine Management are easily viewed in a panel format, allowing a complete view of the management data.
Through filters, it is possible to perform various control actions, such as configuring the visualization, exporting in PDF or PNG formats and viewing the DataSet data.
How to access and use
Access to the Routine Management information panel must be done by senior X Platform > Access and Security Management | Round X > Analytics Round > Routine Management.
The availability of information refers to each registration carried out in Routine Management, such as work and control positions.
In the upper right corner of the screen, you can use some buttons to update and expand:
Automatic Update
The button allows the manager to configure the automatic update of the Analytics Ronda panel. It is possible to configure with the options:Do not update, Update every 1m, Update every 5m, Update every 10m, Update every 15m, Update every 30m It isUpdate every 1h.
Button
Allows manual updating of the panel and informs the date and time of the last update.
Button
Enables screen expansion, ensuring a complete viewing mode. To exit full screen mode, press theEsc.
Data visualization
The Analytics panel is made up of several sections of information, which provide numbers and graphs with indicators.
Button
Each data section has, in the upper right corner, a button with a column icon with three lines. When you click it, the following buttons are shown (the availability of some of the buttons varies with each data section):
- Filters: allows you to configure the filters in that section when opening a screen with Sorting and Filters options;
- To update: performs the update only for that specific section;
- Export PDF: when selected, the section data is automatically exported to .pdf format, allowing the recording of that specific record under the manager's control;
- Export PNG: allows exporting data from the selected section to a .png image file. The generated file is automatically saved on the device connected to the Ronda senior X;
- Full screen: makes the graph occupy the entire size of the screen, for better viewing;
- View Data: the button expands the section's DataSet data. On the screen, it will also be possible to export the data in .csv format using the buttonExport CSV.
Analytics Information Routine Management
Routines
Displays the quantity number ofroutines already carried out in Routine Management.
Routine Plans
Identifies the number of active routine plans in the module.
Operators
The current number of operators linked to Routine Management are shown in this section.
Checklists
Allows you to view the number of checklist points performed by operators in the Routine Management application.
Number of routines per routine plan
The graph shows the percentage of the number of routines identified by each registered routine plan.
Number of routines per status
This second graph shows the percentage of routines through status, classified as: Completed successfully, In progress, Interrupted, Incomplete, Not completed or Pending.
Number of routines per operator
In this column chart, the number of routines for each registered operator is shown as a percentage.
Efficiency of operator routines by status
This section shows a graph showing the efficiency of operator routines. Here, each active operator has a column, where three statuses are demonstrated: Completed Successfully, Interrupted and Incomplete.
Number of routines per schedule
In this section, the panel shows routines by schedule, separated by name and number of routines that were or were not executed.
Percentage of checklist as per
The panel has the percentage of checklists of control points classified according to routine performance.
Top 5 worst routine scores in the last 7 days
This chart shows the 5 routines with the lowest scores from the most recent seven days.
Average score for last week's routines
This panel shows an indicator from 0% to 100%, displaying the average score of all routines performed during the week.
