Routine consultation
The routines planned for execution inRoutine Plans can be consulted and filtered for better visualization.
Routine research can be done with information related to dates, people and status.
How to access and use
The Routine Consultation page can be accessed through the senior X Platform > Access and Security Management | Round X > Routine Management > Routine Consultation.
There, you can check the Filters for research and also the Routine Consultation with the plans registered in the system.
Filters
The filter section allows you to search for routines using specific information.
Use the plus icon to expand and fill in the fields to perform filtering:
- Identifier: fill in the routine indicator number for the consultation in the field;
- Routine Plan: indicate theRoutine Plan in which you want to filter information. Use the magnifying glass icon to open the search for already registered Routine Plans;
- Start date It isEnd date: enter the start and end date of the routine for the consultation. Use the calendar icon for selecting dates;
- Person: indicate oneoperator linked to the routine that must be filtered;
- Statu
s: Filtering can have the following routine statuses: - Pending: routines that are within the scheduled time and have not yet been started;
- Running: routines that are on schedule and have at least one verified control point;
- Future: list of the next routines that must be executed by the operator;
- Completed: when all checkpoints have been completed successfully;
- Incomplete: when a routine is completed without reading all the control points. In this case, the user must presentjustification;
- Not carried out: status defined when a pending routine has not been started and has not had its control points checked.
When you finish filling in the fields to search, click the buttonFilter.
Routine consultation
All routines planned for the Routine Management application will be listed in this section.
Records are organized by pages and classified by columnsIdentifier,Start date, End date,Routine Plans,Status, Score,Comments It isAction. The indicatorScore (score) shows the percentage of routine checklists that are compliant, in relation to the total number of checklists.
Important
The routines listed in this section can be inserted and edited on theRoutine Plan.
To view
In the column ofAction, The buttonTo view opens the Routine Details.
In Routine Details, you can view the fieldsIdentifier,Start date, End date, Started in ,Completed in , OResponsible and theStatus of the routine.
In the Control Point section, the manager can view more information, such asControl Points of the routine by location, thechecklists and files sent by the operator. Here theScore (score) represents the percentage of checklists that comply with that control point, in relation to the total number of checklists.
Export
In the column ofAction, The buttonExport generates a report with routine details, including evidence (images) for investigation, audit and validation with those involved. When clicking the button, the system will ask if the user wants to start generating the report or if he wants to cancel it.
Note
To consult the evidence recorded by the operator during the routine, in the Control Point section, in the columnActions, click inTo view through the icon. The system loads thechecklists, which allows you to download recorded evidence, such as photos, videos and audio.
