Control Points
Control Points are linked toRoutine Plans for organizing the operator's routine through the application.
In this management, it is possible to add the points that the operator must pass to check thechecklists listed according to each routine location.
How to access and use
To use and manage Control Points, access the senior X Platform > Access and Security Management | Round X > Routine Management > Control points.
Filters
The filter selection controls the search for points to be displayed in the list ofControl Points.
To filter results, use the fieldsName,Type,Routine Plan or the selection ofStatus between Active, Disabled and All.
Complete the control point search using the buttonFilter.
Control Points
Control Points already registered and linked to Routine Plans are organized by columns and filtered by informationIdentifier,Name ,Type It is Routine Plan Name.
InActions, the column contains two buttons in the shape of iconsTo edit It is Delete, that allow To edit or Delete a registered Control Point.
Important
Control Points are linked to already registered Routine Plans. Accessdocumentation to check information about the inclusion of Routine Plans, the insertion of itineraries and details on how to link contacts.
To add
The buttonTo add allows you to insert a new Control Point. When you click on the button, a new tab will open with the fields that need to be filled in to insert a new point.
Control Point Name
Enter a name for the control point to be added. This name will be used to display points both in the Control Points section and in the Routine Management application.
Every Control Point must be linked to aRoutine Plan registered. Enter a name or use the magnifying glass icon to filter the options.
Control Point Type
A control point can have one of the following types:QR Code,Geolocation orBasic. Select which functionlocation will be used by the operator during the routine through the Routine Management application.
Status
A Control Point can have the status ofActive orInactive. The selection ofInactive causes the control point to not be active on the route for use in aroutine plan, administered on the Routine Plans screen.
Note
This field allows the user to add a note to the control point, to facilitate identification or to add extra information. The observation is available in the application, in the list of control points.
Physical Location
Allows you to add a previously registered physical location to the control point. To view the full hierarchy of physical locations, click the magnifying glass icon next to the field.
If a control point has a physical location defined, it is not possible to associate checklists with this control point without the occurrence type filled in.
Latitude It isLongitude
Add the geographic coordinate of latitude and longitude for the geographic location of the Control Point. It is recommended to use a minimum of 5 decimal places according to theDegree of precision x length.

Perimeter radius (in meters)
Enter the radius for the location of the Control Point. You can use the bar to slide to the right to increase the radius, or slide to the left to decrease the perimeter and check the position on the map according to theRoutine Plan selected.
Button
In the map view, you can search for a location by selecting the Magnifying Glass icon, and automatically, the fieldsLatitude It is Longitude will be filled.
