Routine Plan
Routine plans are used to ensure frequency and routing in the creation of routines, which will be used by operators in theapplication.
How to enter a routine plan
Routine plans must be entered through the senior menu X Platform > Access and Security Management | Round X > Routine Management > Routine Plan.
When viewing registered plans, use the Actions column to generate a routine plan on site using the buttonActions, and then select the optionTo edit.
After this action, it is possible to view the General Registration Data of the Routine Plan and the Contact Data section.
To add
The button located in the Routine Plan section allows you to add a new routine frequency to be performed in the application. Finally, the fieldActive allows you to activate or deactivate the plan, and the check boxComments allows the user to add annotations to the routine plan. Finalmente, o campo Ativo permite ativar ou desativar o plano, e a caixa de Observações permite ao usuário adicionar alguma anotação ao plano de rotinas.
After entering the details of the Routine Plan, it is necessary to add the routines associated with the plan, in the form ofScheduling It isRoad map. Finally, you must enter Contact Data to associate the routine plan with a person responsible.
Scheduling
Scheduling details must be made by filling in the following fields:
Start time It isEnd time
These fields allow you to add the start and end time of the routine in HH:MM format. You can use the clock icon to adjust the time.
Status
The scheduling status must be set betweenActive orDisabled.
Recurrence
The recurrence of the routine can be defined so that it executes in aDaily,Weekly,Monthly or inHolidays. How these options work is as follows:
- Daily: enter aRecurrence pattern to define how many days the routine is executed;
- Weekly: Select the checkbox forDays of the week in which the routine must be carried out, such as: Sunday, Tuesday and Friday;
- Monthly: This option allows two recurrence patterns:
- If you select the first pattern, define the day of the month on which the routine will be executed, and every few months. Example: on the 5th of every 2 months;
- If you select the second, select the occurrence (first, second, etc.) and the day of the week where the routine will run. Also, set every few months. Example: on the second Wednesday of every 1 month;
- Holidays: if this option is selected, the routine runs only on days registered in the list of holidays in the routine plan.
Performs on holiday
Indicates that the routine must continue to be performed even if the day in question is a holiday (according to the list of holidays in the routine plan). This option is only shown in optionsDaily, Weekly It isMonthly of recurrence, as the optionHolidays These are the days registered in this list.
Road map
The route section allows you to define the Control Points of the routine plan.
Checkpoint
Enter the type of control point for this routine plan. The system allows you to use Geolocation or QR Code in the app, or the Basic type, which does not have validation in the app (in this case, it is mandatory to select a checklist for the control point). Click on the Magnifying Glass icon to search for already registered points.
To add a new point, use the buttonCreate new Control Point.
Note
If a control point has a defined physical location, only checklists with the type of occurrence completed can be associated with it.
When you have an Itinerary added to the routine plan, you can associate acheck list to this Control Point added via the buttonCreate new Control Point.
- In the routines view, click the buttonActions in the script you want to associate a checklist;
- click inAssociate Checklist to associate the script with checklists in the system.
After defining the routine plan, use the buttonTo save to complete this process.
