Justification
The justification action in the Routine Management application is displayed on the screen when it is necessary to highlight reasons why the routine was not completed, whether due to location or incomplete checklists.
Justification in reading the location
To thestart a routine and check theControl Points, the operator must be within the geolocation radius or use the QR Code to proceed to thecheck list.
If an error occurs that causes the location to not be verified, the application opens a justification screen.
Justify
Use the text box to justify why it is not possible to enter the location to continue with the procedures.
Important
The justification box is not allowed to be filled with only spaces.
After describing the justification, tap the buttonJustify. Completion will be a highlighted "Completed successfully" screen.
Justification in routines
In an attempt to finish a routine before the estimated time or without completing thechecklists of theControl Points, the application has a button shaped like an exclamation mark!, where when selected, the operator will open the justification screen.
On this screen, the user is notified that the routine has ended without completion. In the text box, the user must write a justification for this closure. Evidence can also be added to justify the early completion of the routine.
After entering the justification, use the buttonYes, finish routine to complete.
Important
The application does not allow the justification box to be left blank or filled with only spaces.
