Make Checklist
Executing a routine consists of checking a checklist about theControl Points.
This checklist is configured as a list of points that need to be checked according to the location of the routine, making it possible to record compliance, insert evidence and add observations about each checklist.
At the end of the checklist process, it will be possible to close the routine during the execution time delimited for the action.
Carrying out a checklist
After selecting a location to execute the routine within the Control Points, the application will open the execution checklist screen. The checklist is only displayed if it was previously configured on the senior platform Round X > Routine Management >Checklists.
On the screen, the user can see at the top of the header the location where the routine is being checked. Below, there are some points to note:
Panic Button
Allows you to activate thepanic alarm to the location where the verification checklist is being carried out. The action will open the screen to trigger critical situations.
Check list
The number indicates the monitoring position through the checklists indicated at the Control Points of each routine. This number serves as an execution status of the script.
Stopwatch
The stopwatch clock measures the time since startup. As each routine has an execution time, the timer will help control time management when carrying out checklists.
According to orNon-Compliant
Highlighted on the application screen, there will be the conditions for the checklist with buttons indicatingAccording to orNon-Compliant. The buttons will be directed to a statement, such as: "The windows are closed".
Note
Choosing buttonsAccording to orNon-Compliant it must be associated with the information highlighted on the screen.
Record Evidence
The Routine Management application allows the user to record evidence related to the information highlighted with the buttonsAccording to orNon-Compliant.
When pressing the microphone icons and camera, it's possible:
- Record an audio in the application itself recording any evidence found during the script;
- Add photos or videos as evidence records. Permission to access the mobile device's camera allows the photo or video to be recorded directly from the application.
The application contains an audio limit of up to 60 seconds, a video of a maximum of 30 seconds and 3 photo records.
Note
Depending on the definitionTypes of attachment settings, attaching evidence may be mandatory for all checklists, or for non-compliant checklists.
Comments
Allows the operator responsible for the checklist to add text with observations in the highlighted box.
To go back It isAdvance
The buttonsTo go back It isAdvance, located at the end of the screen, are used for quick navigation between the Control Point checklists.
Conclude
When you reach the last checklist, the check button will appear at the end of the screen.Conclude, which will close the checklists.
Ending a routine
By completing the checklists on the specified date and time, it will be possible to end the routine on the Control Points screen, or after using the buttonsAdvance It isConclude in checklists.
The screen shows the points with the status ofConcluded, in addition to the fieldsPoints It is Stopwatch , which indicate the checklists carried out and the route time through the location.
After checking the information in the application, select the buttonFinish routine, located at the end of the screen to complete. The application will then show a screen indicating that the routine has been completed.
Justification
If the routine is finished before the determined end time or without the status ofConcluded In checklists, the application shows a screen to enter the justification.
