Panic alarm
The panic alarm in the Routine Management application is designed for emergency situations, where it aims to increase the protection of the location linked to recorded occurrences.
Its operation is similar to that of an alarm device, where the user must press the screen to trigger the alert and send an incident report to the alarm module.Routine Management, linked to the Occurrence Management of Round senior X.
How to trigger the panic alarm
To alert about an emergency case, use the following steps in the applicationRoutine Management:
- At themain menu, locate the optionPanic in the bottom menu bar;
- The app will open the panic alarm screen;
- Keep your finger pressed for 3 seconds on the central screen button, indicated by a fingerprint;
- The system will confirm the activation of the alarm, with a message to wait for the security of the location.
Important
- The buttonPanic will only be available if the user has configured aType of Occurrence with critical priority when including a Routine Plan within the senior X Platform. To perform this action, the user needs permission to register an incident in the role of Ronda senior X;
- It is not possible to activate the button in offline mode.
Alert information
Through the connection with the Routine Management and Occurrence Management modules,trigger panic alarm, an incident is automatically created with the following information:
- Description: issues information about the panic alarm, with details of the message "Panic alarm triggered at control point X";
- Date: indicates the date and time when the alarm was triggered;
- Physical location: informs the location of the alarm triggering control point;
- Latitude Longitude: if possible, the system will inform the geographic coordinates of the location;
- Type of Occurrence: configured in the routine plan through the Types of occurrences registered in the senior X Platform > Access and Security Management > Security Hub >Types of occurrences;
- User: indicates the user authenticated in the application during activation.
