Main menu and routines

The main menu is accessed after the first initialization steps of the Routine Management application. On already configured mobile devices, it is the home and central page for the entire operation and control management of routines and incidents.

On this screen, you can check the routine plan, the next registered routines, the side menu and the footer menu, which indicate the main actions of the application.

Using the main menu

Location

At the top of the page, just below the user's photo, the application will indicate the location of the operator's routine.

To replace: the Change button can be used to change the routine plan. When selected, the application will return to theLocation Check.

Upcoming routines

In the main menu, the routines that have the statusPending It isFuture are highlighted on the screen as a quick shortcut.

This shortcut lists up to 5 stipulated routines with date and time, and the operator can select an option listed within the execution time defined forstart.

Bottom menu

The bottom menu is on some screens of the Routine Management application. Through it, it is possible to find the main functions for efficient control of routine plans and incident management.

Start

The buttonStart will return the user to this Main Menu whenever pressed from another screen of the application.

Routines

By selecting the Routines icon in the Main Menu, you can view a list of routines on a new screen.next routines and those that were executed in the last 24 hours, displaying a complete list of routines with their statusPending,Future,Running,Completed ,Incomplete It isNot carried out.

Contacts

The buttonContacts is a shortcut to the page Contacts of the Routine Management application, where the user can check the entire list and functions of the page.

occurrences

The fixed shortcut iconoccurrences allows the user to join and check the membership ofoccurrences in routines, which allows registration and control, with integration into theIncident management.

Panic

The button allows you to quickly activate thepanic alarm for critical situations encountered during a routine. This button will only be available to users who have aType of Occurrence configured on the senior X Platform.

Lateral menu

To check the side menu of the Routine Management application, select the photo or icon located at the top of the screen to access all of the application's functions:

This menu also contains information such as the date of the last data synchronization and the identifier of the authenticated device.

Offline Mode

The application can be used offline. The routine completion information will be maintained internally and synchronized later, when the user resumes internet connection.

When going offline, you will be able to view status and routines listed for execution that day.
