Start routine

A routine can be started through the main or by accessing the shortcutRoutines Fixed in the home footer of the Routine Management application.

Routines: start, status and notifications

When accessing the Main Menu > Routines, the user opens the entire list of routines registered in the application, with a defined date and time for execution.

Routine status

On the screen, routines are divided into categories and will display the following statuses, defined by colors:

• Pending: routines that are within the scheduled time and have not yet been started;
• Running: routines that are on schedule and have at least one verified control point;
• Future: list of the next routines that must be executed by the operator;
• Completed: when all checkpoints have been completed successfully;
• Incomplete: when a routine is completed without reading all the control points. In this case, the user must presentjustification;
• Not carried out: status defined when a pending routine has not been started and has not had its checkpoints checked.

How to start a routine

A routine can only be started on the current date and time for its execution.

To start, simply select the option within the established date and time. When tapping on the routine, the application opens a screen with theControl points.

When trying to start the routine on another date or time, the application will display a notification box at the bottom of the screen with the message "This routine cannot be performed yet."

Alerts and notifications

Whenever a new routine is ready to start, the Routine Management application will issue a notification as an alert to the responsible operator.

The notification will appear even if the application is not open on the cell phone and when you open the application, the notification will close automatically.
