Contacts
Contact records are linked toRoutine Plans and the applicationRoutine Management.
In addition to informing those responsible for the plans, the application allows operators to make phone calls to these contacts, when necessary. This is done on the application's main screen, which shows the contacts registered for the operator's workstation.
How to access and use
To add and link a contact to Routine Management, access senior X Platform > Access and Security Management | Round X > Routine Management > Contacts.
Filters
The filter section can be used to search the added contacts and their information. Use the plus icon to expand the view and fill in the fieldsName It isTelephone forFilter the search.
Contacts
All contacts linked to Routine Management are found in this section. The columnsIdentifier,Telephone It isName, assist in visualization for management.
The column ofActions allows the user to edit or delete contact information through icon-shaped buttonsTo edit It is Delete.
To add
This button opens the General Data screen for inserting a new contact.
Contact name
Enter a contact name to be linked to the Routine Plan and also to the Routine Management application. Registration with previously saved names is not permitted.
Telephone
Enter the contact's telephone number. Registration with previously saved phone numbers is not permitted. In addition, only valid telephone numbers in the format +XX or (XX) with 8 or 9 digits will be accepted. Examples: +55 (00) 1 2345-6789, (00) 1 234-56789 or (00) 1 234-5678.
Routine Plans
This field is optional and links the contact to be added or edited to aRoutine Plan of the system.
