Organizational structures
Sort the registers of your company and group them hierarchically, such as company, branch, cost center, job, organizational chart.
In addition, associate people registered in Ronda senior X with one or more organizational structures, which will make thecoverage of the structure extends to the person associated with it.
What you can do:
- On the senior X Platform, access Access and Security Management > General registrations > Organizational structures;
- Click on Add root (Organizational structure);
- Fill in the Description field, with the job or company name and choose the Structure type;
- Click on Save.
After registering an organizational structure, add sublevels to the root, creating child organizational structures: click on Add sublevel, fill in the Description and click on Save. Sublevels may be consulted at Organizational structure consultation > Hierarchy, by clicking on the arrow to the left of the structure name.
After adding an organizational structure, associate people registered in Ronda senior X with it or its sublevels.
Do this right after registering the structure: click on Add people, find the desired person, click on his or her name and the person will automatically join the list of people associated with the structure. If you want to associate a person with an existing structure, search for the name of the structure in Find organizational structure, clickTo add or inTo edit, if there are already associated people.
