Document types
Register the document types that will be used in the people registration.
In addition to the documents being used by people in the system, this registration of types has another function: for a person to be sent to a REP device, they must have a type of document with the acronym "PIS" and/or "CPF".
What you can do:
Add document
- On senior X Platform, go to Access Control and Security Management > General registers > Document types;
- Click on Add;
- Fill in the document Name and Abbreviation fields. This abbreviation will appear on the results of all person search fields, next to the name of the registered person, if the document type is set as mandatory;
- Christine (DL XXXXX)
- Christopher (DL YYYYY)
- Define a Mask which determines, character by character, how a code or number of this document type must be composed. This will define the order in which the possible characters (digits, letters etc.) must be typed and also the formatting of the code, i.e., the way it will be displayed. When changing an existing mask, the number of registered documents which use this mask may appear in a different form or not appear at all, depending on the format of the new mask. A warning is shown on the screen whenever a change is made to this field, to emphasize this possible impact;
A document type called "Driver's license", with the "DL" abbreviation, is registered on the system and defined as mandatory.
There are two people, Christine, with DL XXXXX, and Christopher, with DL YYYYY. In a person search field, when typing the "Chr" letters, these names will be displayed like this:
The abbreviation that appears right before the document value ("DL", in this case) is the value entered in the Abbreviation field.
The following characters must be used to set a mask, according to what they represent:
- Z - For letters from "A" to "Z", i.e., uppercase letters (including accented characters);
- z - For letters from "a" to "z", i.e., lowercase letters (including accented characters);
- # - For letters from "a" to "z" and "A" to "Z", i.e., uppercase and lowercase letters (including accented characters);
- 9 - For digits from "0" to "9";
- . - / ( ) - Separators.
The phone mask, for example, could be "(99) (99) 99999-9999".
- Select the optionMandatory document to add this type of document to the list of mandatory documents in the registration people. If a document type is changed from mandatory to non-mandatory, the people who had it will have no value in the mandatory document. This value will have to be filled in again the next time the register is edited;
The passport and the driver license were defined as mandatory documents. A person named "Christine" was registered in the system; the mandatory document selected for this register was the driver license (with the "DL" abbreviation) and driver's license number XXXXX was registered.
Eventually, the "DL" document became no longer mandatory. In this case, this field will be blank in Christine's registration. The next time her registration is changed, another mandatory document must be selected.
- Click on Save.
Note
The permissions must be configured at senior X Platform > Technology > Administration > Authorization > Role Management.
