Access notification
Generate a notification for selected people and groups whenever a specific person accesses permission through specific readers. This functionality allows supervisors and those responsible for a person to be notified when they access certain locations, helping to control presence.
What you can do:
Configure notification generation
- For each device that needs to issue notifications when certain people access it: access the registration of the reader(s) that will issue notifications on that device, in Access and Security Management | Ronda X > Access control >Devices;
- In the Access Control section, select the optionGenerates presence notification;
- If it is necessary to send notifications to groups of people, register them in Access and Security Management | Round X > General registrations >Groups;
- For each person who needs to issue notifications when access is permitted: access your registration in Access and Security Management | Round X > General registrations >People;
- In the Notifications section, click the buttonTo add. Set theType
- notification:
- : An access log will be sent to the person's primary email address;
- Select the people and/or groups that will be notified when the person corresponding to this registration provides permitted access;
- click inTo save.
After these configurations are complete, whenever that person registers access through one of the configured readers, access notifications will be sent to the people and groups defined as responsible for the person.
Important
For the Notifications section to be shown in people's records, the user must have the res://senior.com.br/sam/application/entities/presenceNotification feature activated in thepermissions.
