Temporary credential scheduling

This window allows to register access credentials appointments from a visitor so that this visitor can access the different sectors of an establishment.

New credential appointment

Person

Inform the person that will make the visit. If the person is not registered in the system yet, the registration can be done at the Register person link above this field.

Roles

Indicate the role that will be given to the visitor. To find a registered role, type at least three characters on this field. The research will only bring roles which Temporary credential field is set on its register.

Groups

Select a group to which the visitor is part. To find a registered group, type at least three characters on this field.

Visited person

Inform the person who will receive the visit. The search will only result in people which role allows to receive visit. This can be defined in the Allowed to receive visitors field from the role registration.

This field is mandatory when a temporary access credential scheduling is made using a temporary role.

Find Credential Appointment

This section shows a list with the appointments registered with the current and future date, and allows to find appointments for a specific person through the Filter button.
