Temporary credential request reason
Self-service kiosks may ask the worker to justify his/her temporary credential request by selecting a reason displayed on the screen.
To use this feature, these reasons must be registered in the Temporary Credential Reason screen and its utilization must be configured in the Self-service kiosk properties screen.
What you can do
- On the senior X Platform, access Access and Security Management > Entrance Management > Self-service terminals > Reason for provisional credential;
- Click on Add;
- Define the first reason in the Portuguese, English and Spanish fields;
- Define its Validity and whether it is based on Days or Hours. Notice that:
- If the validity is 1 day, the credential lasts until 11:59 PM of the same day;
- If the validity is 2 days, the credential lasts until 11:59 PM of the following day;
- If the validity is hours-based, the number of hours is counted from the issuance time onwards.
- For the reason to be displayed in all registered kiosks, check the Active checkbox. Otherwise, it will be registered, but not displayed;
- Click on Save;
- Repeat the previous steps until all desired reasons are registered.
To edit a registered reason, access Ordinance Management > Self-service terminals > Provisional credential reason, select the desired reason in the Registered Reasons panel and clickTo edit. Modify as desired and click on Save.
If you wish to delete a reason, in the same panel, select it and click on Delete.
Note
Reasons that were already selected on self-service kiosks cannot be edited or deleted, as they already generated a record.
