Satisfaction survey
On the senior
Self-service kiosks may display two types of satisfaction surveys: for workers and for visitors, and this will be configured in the Properties of the kiosk.
You can register as many questions as desired, and each one may have up to 10 answers. The survey results may be consulted via reports obtained from the senior X Platform customization resources.
What you can do:
- On the senior X Platform, access Access and Security Management > Entrance Management > Self-service terminals > Satisfaction survey;
- Click on the Add button;
- In the General Data panel, enter the desired question in the three languages and click on Save;
- After registering a question, in the Survey Details panel, click on Add, fill in the answer description for each language and click on Save;
To Edit a question, select it in the Registered Satisfaction Surveys panel and click on Edit. Then, modify it as needed and click on Save. Follow the same steps to delete a question and, at the end of the process, click on Delete.
Note
Questions that was already used on self-service kiosk can not be edited or exclude, because already have be answered and have data linked to it.
- Access Entrance Management > Self-service terminals > Satisfaction survey;
- In the Registered Satisfaction Surveys panel, select the question of which you wish to modify the answer and click on Edit;
- In the Survey Details panel, select the desired answer and click on Edit;
- Modify the answer as needed and click on Save.
Follow the same steps to delete an answer and, at the end of the process, click on Delete.
