Lobby
Search for lobbies and consult their registers to view all the information associated with them (name, physical location, photo validity, credentials and others) so that you may create schedules later. Once the lobby is registered, you can schedule visits to this location.
To find lobbies, use the filter and fill in the fields such as the name of the lobby, its physical location, validity, limit or tolerance.
What you can do:
- On senior X Platform, go to Access Control and Security Management > Lobby management > Lobby and click on Add;
- Fill in the required fields:
- The Name of the lobby and its Physical location;
- The Temporary credential validity (in days), that is, the validity period of the temporary ID Card issued to a person at the lobby in question. After the defined period, the badge will expire and will no longer grant access to locations;
- AValidity of visitor credential in hours, which corresponds to the period in which the credential will be valid for use;
- OVisit limit control , which controls schedules and the number of visits made weekly, by selecting one of the following options:
- "Block": prevents the completion of the appointment and visit, if the person's number of weekly visits has exceeded their limit;
- "Alert": notifies, at the conclusion of the appointment or visit, that the visitor has exceeded the weekly visit limit;
- "No limit": when this option is selected, there is no impediment to completing the appointment and visit.
Important
The display of options for some fields is restricted to what was configured in thescope registered in senior X Platform roles.
- With the mandatory fields filled in, you can define:
- Photo validity for workers (in days): period to update the worker's photo. If the validity stated is zero, the photo will not be valid and the credential cannot be delivered;
- Scheduling tolerance in minutes: inform the tolerance for delay or advance for welcoming a visitor from the start time indicated in the schedule;

- Report: associates previously created reports with the concierge. For more details, see the item "Link a label for use at the entrance" of this documentatio
- n;Use credential: select this option to indicate that access devices will be used at the entrance. In this case, the Lobby Details frame becomes enabled to register the technology used in the registration. If unchecked, access without credentials will be possible;
Monthly limit on provisional credent
ials : limit number of provisional credentials that an employee can request in a month;Active ordinance: enables the concierge to be used to schedule visits;ObservationTo activate an ordinance, the system checks the licensing of the module, which controls the number of active ordinances.
When integrating an ordinance from Ronda Senior to Ronda senior X, the licensing of the module is also checked. If the number of active ordinances has reached the limit, they will be configured as inactive ordinances in Ronda senior X.
- Limit number of visiting days per week: enter the limit number of days a person can visit per week. Every new week, starting on Sunday and ending on Saturday, the visit number is reset and the counting starts again. If the visitor has more than one visit on the same day, it will only be counted as one
- visit;Link to bot: if usedinviting visitors through chatbot, enter a WhatsApp number or web page where the bot can be accessed. This link will be sent by email to the invited visitor;
- Enable the Active checkbox and click on Save to finish the registration.
Note
The fieldIntegrated with GAS is blocked and will be automatically enabled if there is integration with the Ronda Senior solution. In integrated registrations, information such as name and physical location, coming from Ronda Senior, cannot be changed. All other information can be changed by Ronda senior X.
Once the lobby is registered, you can change and delete a register using the search filter to consult lobbies. Find the desired lobby and select it. After that, click on the Edit or the Delete button.
You can customize the email with the scheduling data that the visitor will receive. To do this:
- On senior X Platform, go to Access Control and Security Management > Lobby management > Reception;
- Select the lobby that shall receive the visitor and click on Edit;
- In Lobby details, in the Visitor Email Template tab, click on Add;
- Select the scheduling email template file and click on Open. Only files with the HTML extension may be selected. The files may contain the parameters listed below and, for them to work properly, it is crucial that they are inserted in the HTML exactly as they are shown in this list:

This process may also be executed immediately after the lobby registration, as the Visitor Email Template tab can be found on in the same screen.
If no template is configured, the email sending will use a default template.
Note
Added template files cannot be removed, only modified via the Change button.
Consequently, if you have uploaded a template and later decide to use the default template, for example, you will have to download it at Downloads and upload it in this screen.
Registered tags may be printed both at the reception and via a self-service kiosk.
- On senior X Platform, go to Technology > Customization > Reports > New report;
- Fill in the required fields;
- In File, upload the report created previously. A list of parameters defined within the report file will be displayed at the File Information > Parameters section;
- Select the desired parameter, go to the Search Service and click on Add/+;
- Select the destination service or domain that will be responsible for returning the values list for the parameter in question (any existing domain/service may be used);
- Choose the primitive that will be used to return the values. Only primitives that return values in the correct format will be displayed. This way, all primitives are syntactically correct, and what is needed is to choose the one that has the correct semantics, for example, one that returns the actual companies list, and not the products list;
- click inConfirm and then inTo savstart_date (start date); start_hour (start time); visited (person visited).

;ImportantThe parameters for creating this report are mentioned in the list below. The user can enter as many parameters as they deem necessary among these options and must write the English name of the parameters exactly as mentioned, otherwise the report will not work.

- Then, on the senior X Platform, go to Access and Security Management > Entrance management > Entrance;
- Select one or more holidays and click on Delete.
- In the Report field, select the created report and click on Save.

The permissions must be configured at senior X Platform > Technology > Administration > Authorization > Role Management.
