Facial recognition during the issuance of temporary credentials
The purpose of the facial recognition in the self-service kiosk is identifying people to issue temporary credentials. To configure this resource, go to the Self-service kiosk properties screen.
Note
The facial recognition in the self-service kiosk is only available through a license (it is not a feature available by default in the system).
How the facial recognition works
Upon selecting the scheduled visit option, the system takes a photo of the person and finds his/her appointment based on the picture and the match percentage defined on the system. If it is found, the system returns the appointment for the person to issue the ID card.
If the appointment is not found on the system, the person can search for it using the document number, ID code or QR code.
Upon choosing the option intended for workers without a credential, the system takes a photo of the worker and finds his/her register according to the picture and the match percentage defined on the system. If it is found, the issuance of the temporary credential is allowed.
In addition to this, the image capture allows the validation of the worker's identity during the entry. The self-service kiosk checks whether the person present, who is taking the credential, has the same photo as the one registered.
How to monitor the number of facial recognitions made
The contracting of the facial recognition feature determines the number of monthly recognitions. When the contracted number is exceeded, facial recognitions continue being made, but the exceeding quantity is charged in the next month.
To control the number of facial recognitions made, we provide a statement, with the Dynamic Views feature of senior X Platform.
- On the senior X Platform, go to Technology > Customization > Reports >Dynamic views;
- Click on New vision;
- If you want to save the view, define a Name;
- In Table, select the name you defined;
- In Filtered by, select "Statement date" > "is greater than or equal to", define the first day of the month that you wish to consult and then choose "Statement date" > "is earlier than of equal to" and define the last day of the month that you wish to consult;
- In View, select "Number of" > "Statement ID";
- Click on View to display the total number of recognitions in the selected month;
- Click on:
