Types of contracts
Register types of contracts to differentiate contracts according to some characteristic between them, such as area, branch, unit or segment. This facilitates contract management and allows them to be filtered by type on the system's various screens.
You can create the types "Industry", "Construction", "Commerce" and "Hospital" to apply to the contracts that are registered. This way it is possible to group them or separate them by this distinction.
What you can do:
- On the senior X Platform, go to Access and Security Management | Round X > Third party management > Types of Contracts;
- Click on the buttonTo add;
- In the General Data section, enter aContract type name. This name serves to identify this type and in which situations it should be used;
- To make this contract visible in the system, select the optionActive. Only active contracts can be located in searches and used on other screens;
- Click on the buttonTo save.
Search
In the Filters section, click on the symbol+ located on the right of the screen, fill in one or more fields to search for the contract type and clickFilter.
Edit
In the Contract Types section, click on the check box for the item whose data will be changed. Then clickTo edit, make the desired changes and clickTo save.
Delete
Click the check box for the item to be deleted and clickYes in the confirmation window that will be displayed.
To create custom fields referring to contract types, in Third Party Management entities:
- On the senior X Platform, go to Technology > Customization > Fields;
- Locate the domainsam;
- Find the servicethird;
- Locate the EntitycontractType and open;
- Add the desired fields using the buttonNew;
- Save the information on the Custom Field screen. This action will close the screen;
- After you have created all the custom fields you want, clickTo save.
Important
The custom fields of these entities are sent to the BPM flow. Therefore, it must be the same name as the field in the BPM form and in the entity. In both cases, the field name must be created using lowercase characters.
