The Third Party Management module aims to provide tools so that third party contracting processes can be standardized, ensuring the application of the requirements of each contract and also reducing the manual work of the contract manager.

This module automates compliance with the documentary rules of each contract, and is also a portal that enables the delegation of registration to the contracted company itself, leaving it under the responsibility of the contractor. It also allows the definition of the requirements of each contract and the approval of the information registered by the contractor.

In addition to controlling the documents required to qualify the third-party collaborator to carry out the work, the solution also manages the validity of the documents presented, ensuring that the contracted company and the third-party collaborators are able to carry out the work only during the term of the contract. and while all mandatory documents are valid.

The Module is natively integrated with senior X Platform's BPM and GED tools, enabling easy customization of approval flows for each contract and storing documents in a secure and organized way.
