Third company
Register third-party companies so that you can associate them withcontracts and create links with third parties (members of these companies).
What you can do:
- On the senior X Platform, go to Access and Security Management > Third-party management > Third-party company;
- In the Registered Third-Party Companies section, clickTo add;
- In Company Information, fill in all mandatory fields (indicated with an asterisk) relating to general data:Fantasy name,Corporate reason,CPF/CNPJ,State registration ,Telephone It isEmail. If desired, fill in the address fields;
- click inTo save.
Important
When registering the first company in the system, the appointments listed below (normally registered in Senior X > Technology > Customization > Appointments) are automatically inserted into the platform, in the domainsam and servicethird, and configured to run daily:
- Block third party (blockThird);
- Check expiring documents (sendDocumentsToExpireEmail);
- Check expired documents (sendExpiredDocumentsEmail).
They are important for the routines to function, and this way the user does not need to register manually.
Search
In the Filters section, click on the symbol+ located on the right of the screen, fill in one or more fields to perform the search (CPF/CNPJ,Corporate name It isFantasy name) and clickFilter.
Edit
In the Registered Third Party Company section, click on the check box referring to the company whose data will be changed. Then clickTo edit, make the desired changes and clickTo save.
On this screen, the Documents tab lists all documents associated with the company. The BPM tab shows information about the request created in BPM for easy consultation, such as theRequest ID, yourStatus, OCurrent responsible, TheStart date and that ofProcess creation. Additionally, there is a field ofComments which can be filled with various observations.
Delete
Click the check box for the company that will be deleted and clickYes in the confirmation window that will be displayed.
To create custom fields in Third Party Management entities, follow these steps:
- Access Technology > Customization > Fields;
- Locate the domainsam;
- Find the serviceapplication;
- Locate the EntitythirdPartyCompany and open;
- Add the desired fields using the buttonNew;
- Save the information on the Custom Field screen. This action will close the screen;
- After you have created all the custom fields you want, clickTo save.
Important
The custom fields of these entities are sent to the BPM flow. Therefore, it must be the same name as the field in the BPM form and in the entity. In both cases, the field name must be created using lowercase characters.
