Scope - Documents
Coverage
To register a scope:
- Access Technology > Administration > Authorization > Paper management;
- In the Roles section, search for the role you want and clickTo edit. If you need to register a role, clickNew role;
- In the Settings section, on the Filters tab, search forsam;
- Click the arrow next tosam/third and then inNew;
- Fill in the fields of the desired scope;
- click inTo save.
Scope can be applied to documents.
Below are the screens, sections and fields that apply this scope in Ronda senior X.
Task Center
The BPM Task Center will only show documents according to the scope defined for the current user. The user can see that a record has attachments, but will not be able to access the attachment itself. If there is no scope configured, all documents will be displayed on this screen.
A user who has document coverage cannot register new documents.
This scope should be used with users who are of the typeContract Data Reviewer, in Third Party Management, so that they do not view documents restricted to certain users.
Document coverage should not be applied to Responsible users under contract. If they have any scope limiting the viewing of records, if a document outside the scope is requested in a contract, the user will not be able to register that document. Furthermore, when trying to send a contract for approval after registering the required documents, an error message will indicate that there are missing items to register, but the Contract Person will not be able to do this because they do not have access.
