Integration of Ordinance Management
Integrate information from Ronda Senior Ordinance Control into Ronda senior X Ordinance Management.
What you should do:
- Own theJava Open JDK 11 installed;
- Make sure that the "JAVA_HOME_SAM" environment variable has been added with the value of the directory where Open JDK 11 was installed. For example: C:\jdk-11.0.2\ ;
- Have RabbitMQ installed and configured. For information on how to do this, access the documentation onRabbitMQ.
Note
If you already have RabbitMQ installed for use in other applications, there is no need to install it again.
Important
If ports 15672 and 5672 are not released on thefirewall, it is necessary to release them before configuring the on-premises environment on the senior X Platform.
- On the senior X Platform, access Technology > Settings > By Tenant, with the tenant administrator user;
- Enter the following fields:
- RabbitMQ on-premises HTTP URL. Example: http://[Servidor_Rabbit_On_Primese]:15672;
- RabbitMQ on-premises user;
- RabbitMQ on-premises user password ;RabbitMQ on-premises AMQP URL. Example: amqp://[Servidor_Rabbit_On_Primese]:5672.
- Still on the senior X Platform, access Technology > Administration > Tenant Management > Services/Components, with the tenant administrator user;
- click inTo update is at Apply to the environment.
- Test the connection using the test option available on the screen. If the connection is not adequate, review thehybrid environment installation prerequisites and the settings presented in step 6.
To install the Integrator, consult the documentationIntegrator.
- After installation, follow all the steps described in the Configure the Integrator item in the documentationIntegrator.
- In the RabbitMQ On-premises Information panel, complete the fieldsUser,Password It isAddress;
- click inTo save.
Important
If Rabbit is using port 5672 (AMQP), it will only work with the host in the fieldAddress. Example: localhost.
However, if you are using port 5671 (AMQPS), you must inform theAddress o host:port. Example: localhost:5671.
In the documentation forIntegrator We provide an explanation of how it works through initial loading and handling of pending issues.
Important
- Make sure that there are no duplicate ordinance names, types of visits and procedures in Ronda Senior, as identical data is not allowed in Ronda senior X and, if this occurs, information may be lost at the time of migration.
- In the Integrator settings, the optionIntegrated with Ordinance Management must be checked before starting the initial charge.
The initial loads necessary for the correct functioning of Ordinance Management are: physical location, ordinances, types of visit, employees (+ badges and leaves), visitors (+ badges), photos, organizational structure (Companies, Branches, Positions, Service Centers Cost, Org Chart Locations, Other Companies, and Contracts). It is essentialfollow this order to avoid integration conflicts.
Timing
All information registered in Ronda Senior will be migrated to Ronda senior X. However, the only information that will go from Ronda senior X to Ronda Senior is:
- Visits;
- Visitors;
- Visited;
- Visitor badges;
- Temporary employee badges;
- Badge checkouts.
Other registrations made in Ronda senior X, such as inclusion of ordinances, types of visits and procedures, are not synchronized with Ronda Senior.
The biometrics registration can be integrated between the Ronda Senior and Ronda senior X systems, preventing the same operation from having to be carried out in two different systems and unifying the records.
For the integration to be carried out, it is necessary to have RabbitMQ installed and configured on the integrator and on the senior X Platform. For information on how to do this, access the documentation onRabbitMQ.
Furthermore, on the General Settings screen (located in the Access and Security Management | Round X > General Settings menu), the optionSynchronizes Biometrics must be activated.
This option has a 15-minute cache, so you need to wait this time for the activation or deactivation to be applied.
This way, whenever a biometric credential is added or deleted for a person in Ronda senior X, the same operation will be done with the person's biometrics in Ronda Senior.
Note
When inserting a biometric into Ronda Senior, if the equivalent biometric technology (with the Biometric Type "Fingerprint" and the corresponding manufacturer) is not yet registered in this system, the Integrator will create this registration with the fieldsBiometrics Type It isTemplate Maker filled. The following fields will be blank as they do not exist in Ronda senior X:
- Minimum Conference Degree;
- Maximum Conference Degree;
- Biometrics Conference Degree;
- Number of Templates on Smart Card.
These values must be filled in by the user after integration to avoid being null. This is done on screenPeople > Biometrics > Biometric Technology in the Senior Round.
