Reporting Database

1. Go to Technology > Administration > Report database > Enable report;
2. Select the tenant you want to create the database;
3. click inCreate database. A notification will be displayed about the creation of the database and, when completed, you will be notified.

After creating the database, view a list and status of services participating in the reporting database.

1. Go to Technology > Administration > Reporting database > Enable reporting;
2. Select the tenant you want to view. A list will open that contains the domains/services and status of the reporting database participants.

When a new functionality is released in current services, it is possible to synchronize so that the data is displayed:

1. Access Technology > Administration > Report database > Enable report;
2. Select the tenant you want to update the base;
3. click inUpdate database;
4. click inTo update to confirm the procedure. A notification about the database update will be displayed and, when completed, you will be notified.

When recreating the database, all services are recreated, including new ones added to the participant list. Additionally, those that are no longer part of the reporting database are removed:

1. Go to Technology > Administration > Report database > Enable report;
2. Select the tenant you want to recreate the base;
3. click inRecreate database;
4. click inRecreate to confirm the procedure. A notification will be displayed about the database recreation and, when completed, you will be notified.

1. Access Technology > Customization > Schedules;
2. Access the platform service and clickReport database;
3. click inCreate a schedule;
4. Enter a name inSchedule name;
5. Mark as active;
6. Choose the "refreshDatabase" Functionality;
7. Choose any Input Type and keep the Input content empty;
8. Choose the date and time to run the update;
9. click inTo save;
10. Track and monitor usage to verify proper functioning.
