Management of tenants, resources, users, roles and groups
User management enables the registration and control of people who have access to Senior products available on the senior X Platform, as well as defining their roles and permissions.
The userAdministrator is the first user integrated into the system and responsible for managing all users. This user profile can have two different origin types, depending on the architecture model chosen for your environment. Are they:
- Cloud: It is necessary to contact the Senior Information Technology team, requesting access to the senior X Platform and the resourceUser Control and Permissions, which allows users to be managed and guarantees the integrity of information.
- On-Premises: the userAdministrator is created automatically after installation performed by the Senior implementation consultant.
