Tenant Management
Tenant is the English word fortenant, which in the senior X Platform architecture represents a user group that shares access with specific privileges to an instance of a system. Eachtenant registration It has the domain used by the company and also contact information for its administrator.
A tenant is always created by Senior, as well as its administrator user. This user's data is then passed on to the client, who can then create other users, roles and all resources, in addition to configuring the platform's functionalities according to needs and preferences.
The URL to access the senior X Platform will always be https://platform.senior.com.br, what differentiates companies is thedomain of the tenant, which also defines what comes after the @ character, of the user login.
It is possible to request the creation of a tenant through the senior X Platform (by administrators), or through the ERP (G5), BPM and HCM systems. However, a simpler way to make this request is through theSARA Senior, except for XT products. Understand how SARA’s tenant creation process works:

The request for tenants is generally made by consultants or Senior channels, because of this, we do not recommend creating tenants without monitoring by their respective attendant.

Alternative Domains
There is the option of having an alternative domain in your tenants. This means you can create users who have a different domain than the tenant's original one. The release of an alternative domain is done directly by Senior, through a ticket to Senior Support.
For example, a company with tenantcompanycom and domain@empresa.com, decides to expand the business and starts operating in the domain @fabrica.com.br. When requesting the inclusion of this domain for Senior, the domain@fabrica.com.br will be added and automatically linked to the tenantcompanycom, without the need to create a separate tenant for use. This way, users from both companies will have the same tenant (companycom).
To create an alternative domain user, you must enter the user in full in the fieldusername (Example: joao.silva@fabrica.com.br), so that the user can be createdjoao.silva in the domain@fabrica.com.br. If a user is created with just joao.silva, without domain information, it will be automatically linked to the main domain (joao.silva@empresa.com), with the two users being distinct. In other words, a user maria.santos@empresa.com will not be able to log in using the user maria.santos@fabrica.com.br, as they are two different users.
Important
The definition of an alternative domain is different from the concept of company/branch (scope) within the senior X Platform. Despite there being two domains, the company's tenant is the same, so the configurations, roles, logos and colors, external users, AD/ADFS and other system functions are the same.
Only users from the alternative domain must contain @alternative-domain when adding a user, although it is possible to add the @main-domain in user management, there will be link problems in the integration if the customer uses G5.
For those who integrate G5 users through ETL, no additional configuration is required. For HCM integration users, you must enable the feature in the settings to avoid integration blocks.
Currently, the multiple domain configuration is only guaranteed compatibility with the platform. If you intend to use it with another product, we recommend contacting the specific support for each product to confirm whether or not it is compatible with this configuration. XT products do not support alternate domain.

The tenant administrator user has access to all tenant administration permissions, and is the responsibility of the customer. Senior is not responsible for damages caused if this password is shared with third parties. For this reason, we suggest changing the password after the first access, and to facilitate blocking in inappropriate cases, it is recommended to create nominal users for other users of the solution. In the case of the administrator user, the email must be updated so that, in the event of forgetting the password, it is possible for the administrator to recover it, without the need for any mediation from Senior.
