Free Tier
Free layer, referring to the combo of tools within the X Platform that help in automating tasks and managing all areas, bringing more transparency and agility in everyday life for companies and users. It is possible for users to use the tools in different ways through no-code, low-code and code interactions.
Each of the features is offered to companies in a free tier format, that is, it is possible to use each of them for an indefinite period of time, within the quantities mentioned below and in a native/standard format. This use does not involve any investment, and only if there is a need for use above the ranges offered or for contracting any specific change or additional service, a Commercial Proposal can be applied. If you prefer, ask your Account Executive or Senior channel for a simulation of values right now.

About themetrics¹ applied:
- Interactions*: Interactions mean every question asked and response received by users to Bot Studio. The sum of user interactions will be considered for the purpose of calculating the amount of monthly use;
- Activities*: Each task performed by a user during a process, whether request or approval;
- Named users*: Named user is anyone with exclusive and non-shared use;
- Storage*: Total storage area occupied by documents published on the platform. The visualization of this information on the usage monitoring dashboard is displayed in KB;
- Documents*: Each document placed on the signature route;
- Views*: Each user view or access in the Analytics view;
- Timeline duration*: Availability on the timeline of created posts. Only the days where there were actually publications on the SOCIAL timeline are counted, not calendar days.;
- Executions*: Each endpoint/process execution scheduled in CONNECT.
Important
When using the platform, the user agrees that if the use of any of the features exceeds the usage ranges indicated in the price table, or any resources made available, Senior may charge the corresponding amounts, at any time, according to the quantities and other resources effectively used by the Customer, with its prior consent.
