Note
- All Analytics cards will be available as peruser permission settings and the card settings in Panels. The information presented considers the application of the filter, multiple contracts (except in the Compensation Management module) and, if applicable, scope.
- For the Remuneration Management module, it is mandatory to registersalary policy for the company and branch of the manager querying the analytics.
Pre-hires
Displays the last three hiring processes with the invitation situation different from Finished and Expired. Upon clicking on the View all button, the Manage pre-hires screen can be accessed, where you can consult the pre-hire list. Ao clicar no botão Ver todas é possível acessar a tela de Gerenciar pré-admissões e consultar a lista de pré-admissões.
Number of pre-hires
Displays the number of pre-hires during the last 6 months, including the current month. The displayed monthly period goes from the 25th of the previous month to the 26th of the considered month, for example: the number of admissions during January/2019 consider pre-hire invitations sent from December 25th, 2018 to January 26th, 2019. Upon clicking on the chart bars, the Manage pre-hires screen is opened, filtered by the chosen filter. Ao clicar em cima das barras do gráfico é aberta a tela Gerenciar pré-admissões filtrada pelo período escolhido.
Pre-hires in progress
Upon clicking on the chart, the Manage pre-hires screen is opened with a filter applied based on the chosen situation. Ao clicar no gráfico, a tela de Gerenciar pré-admissões é aberta com o filtro aplicado referente a situação escolhida.
