Range - Colabbe - Digital Hiring
Range by company and branch
The range by company and branch are configured using the fieldscompanyId (company) andbranchOfficeId (branch).
For the Colabbe - Digital Hiring solution, these ranges are configured in:
- Technology > Administration > Authorization > Role management > Edit/New role > Filters > hcm / Onboarding
Requirements to register ranges
To register ranges, it is necessary:
- have the role permissions configured in: Technology > Administration > Authorization > Role management > Permissions > hcm / Onboarding.
- Add ranges by using the New button, according to the roles of each user.
- When selecting one of the ranges, companies and branches registered in: Colabbe - Digital Hiring > People Management > Company/Branch Registration are presented.
- If integrated with Senior's Personal Department Management module, the companies and branches registered in People Management | HCM (on-premise) > Companies > Other companies are presented.
- If the Digital Hiring solution is integrated with the Personnel Department Management module, replicating the scopes for the domainhcm / payroll is necessary.
Important
If the user is associated with two different roles, the system always prioritizes the one that has the range informed in the companyId fields.
If it is possible to see all the ranges in one of the roles, the companyId field must be left blank for both papers. This is necessary because if one of them has a range registered, the system will consider it and the user will only see the pre-admissions of that range.
