Integration with Colabbe enabled on the senior X platform.

Integration flow
How the integration works
Whenever a candidate is approved for a job position, HR can choose to send the pre-hiring invitation automatically to the Colabbe system.
For this, during the approval of the candidate, the recruiter must mark the fieldI want to send the pre-hiring invitation to Colabbe.
Note also that the external candidate's CPF must be the same as the one informed in the invitation. It is based on this data that the system identifies the recipient of the invitation.

Run the complete process using the integration
Exclusively in the case of integration between modules, if the pre-hiring invitation is sent directly by Colabbe, without going through the Recruitment and Selection Management process, it is possible that there may be an inconsistency in the job requisition numbers between these systems.
Therefore, it is recommended to always run the complete process:
- Carry out the selection process Recruitment and Selection Management.
- Send the invitation by Recruitment and Selection Management (using the integration with the Colabbe).
- Effect and end the admission by Personnel Administration.
This is to ensure the consistency of order numbers.
If you need to send the invitation directly through Colabbe (without going through the selection process in the system), it is possible to avoid this situation by setting a higher number in theinitial code field of the request, in the configurations per Tenant of the GRS. However, this is just onetemporary measure and eventually there may be an overlap of the numbers. Therefore, the recommendation is to choose thecomplete process of integration.
