Range - recruitment
The range is configured in Technology > Administration > Permission management > Role > Permissions filter > HCM > Recruitment. The identifier of the Company and/or Merchant that will be used as a scope for paper users must be informed, as in the example:

- Company ID to be used in this view, will be the fieldhead_office_id_hcm.
- Merchant ID to be used in this view, will be the fieldid_hcm.
Screens
- My pendencies and Process monitoring (Recruitment and Selection Management > Selection > Requests > Process monitoring/My pendencies)
Returns only processes where the Company/Establishment of the requesting employee and the request/vacancy are in accordance with the scope defined for the current user. If no range is configured, the screen shows all pending processes with the user.
- Personnel request list (Recruitment and Selection Management > Requests > Personnel request)
Returns only personnel requisitions where the Company/Establishment of the requester and the requisition/vacancy are in accordance with the scope defined for the current user.
- Job opening list (Recruitment and Selection Management > Job openings)
Returns only vacancies where the Company/Establishment of the requester and the requisition/vacancy are in accordance with the scope defined for the current user.
- Open positions (Recruitment and Selection Management > Recruitment and Selection Analytics)
Returns only vacancies where the Company/Establishment of the applicant for the vacancy and the requisition/vacancy are in accordance with the scope defined for the current user. Considers the range in the 3 returned values (totals, staff increase and substitution).
- List of approved candidates (Recruitment and Selection Management > Approved candidates)
Returns only vacancies where the Company/Establishment of the requester and the requisition/vacancy are in accordance with the scope defined for the current user.
