This process is the initial step to fill a job opening and has a set of practices and process which aim to find and attract the biggest possible number of candidates able to fill the job openings of the organization. To do so, the recruiter can use many different techniques to generate interest in the available job openings of the organization.

Selection

This is the process in which the group of candidates is reduced and only one of the candidates is selected. The selection process may involve a series of stages, such as: interviews, personality evaluations, dynamics, skill tests, experience, reference verifications, among others.

Closure of the Process
