Curriculum bank
This is the process in which all curriculums are archived, i.e., the database of registered curriculums, considering the internal workers base as well. This database keeps the curriculums received by companies, even when they are not hiring and also curriculums not selected or chosen in a selection process, to be used for new job openings.
Responsibilities
Candidate
Is responsible for registering, maintaining (change, delete and add) the curriculum, as well as applying to the job openings. Candidates are all people interested in an available job opening in the organization, with the intention of joining the company staff or change jobs, in the case of internal candidates.
HR department
Is responsible for searching for candidates (based on criteria) for the recruitment process and also for the consultation of incomplete curriculums.
Professional curriculum
The Curriculum is a document for the candidate that is looking for a job or career. All professional experiences, academic data and personal information should be in it.
Incomplete curriculums
A curriculum is considered incomplete if it does not have the following information registered: name, email address, professional summary, professional objective, a phone number, an academic degree course, a professional experience register (except when the "I don't have any professional experience" item is selected).
Incomplete curriculums are deleted from the database automatically 30 days after the candidate is notified and the date of the last update is at least 24 months earlier than the current date.
The candidate is notified by email every 4 months from the date of the last curriculum update, and if the candidate does not update it, the curriculum is deleted after 24 months.
