Seleção de talentos
This is the process in which the group of candidates is reduced, that is, the candidate who is most fit for the company is chosen after an analysis of all recruited people. "Select" means search for the professional who better meets the job opening requirements. The selection process may involve a series of stages, such as: interviews, personality evaluations, dynamics, skill tests, experience, reference verifications, among others.
What can I do in the Selection process?

The functionalities of this screen will be available according to the user's permission.
The stages of the selection process can be defined in: Recruitment management > Stages model > Add. In this screen you can set the name and validity date of the model, the stages that will make up the process, their order in the selection process and who will be responsible: the HR department or the requester. You can also define whether the stage has medical examinations as a criterion. The medical examination parameterization column is only available is the company chooses to allow this option, which must be configured by the Administrator in the Integrate selection process with medical department parameter. Only one medical examination stage is allowed per model.
If chosen to not creating a stage model, the default model of the solution may be used: HR INTERVIEW > REQUESTER INTERVIEW > TESTS > CANDIDATE APPROVED > PROPOSAL.
Note
- In the job opening management screen, registering all available stages is not necessary.
- The module allows a single stage model in effect, which is defined during the job opening creation.
- We recommend registering a broader stage model, which covers the stages used in the selection process of all jobs in the organization.
In Recruitment Management > Stages Models you can consult, add andedit the stages models that are registered for the selection process. Models are displayed in descending order considering the validity date.

Job opening information
Assign/change person responsible
Any user with an HR role permission can assign or change the person responsible for the job opening. The assigned person will be responsible for the whole recruitment process of the job opening in question.
All appointments related to the job opening can be viewed in a calendar format. Only users with an HR role permission can add a new appointment.
Any recruiter who has permission to access the screen can register a comment, even if the user is not the one responsible for the job opening in question, or the job opening requester. When a comment is registered, everyone involved in the conversation is notified:
- The job opening requester;
- The person responsible for the job opening;
- Other users who registered comments in the job opening.
This option indicates to the requester that there is a pendency to be evaluated, with the objective of controlling the time that the recruiter is waiting for a return from the job opening requester. Upon enabling this option, the date, time and user who executed the action are registered.
This option affects the calculation of the Average hiring time chart, which verifies the date and time on which the job opening was marked as pending, deducting the calculation time.
Applying tab
This tab shows internal candidates (if any) and external candidates. The search field filters the following information from the curriculum of the candidate:
- name;
- email address;
- address (district, city, state, country);
- professional experience (company, job, work location) (not considered for internal candidates);
- academic degree (course name, education institution).
The column ordering in this tab considers the worker's name and the application date (newest to oldest).
This button is used when the candidate matches the job opening expectations. When using this option, the candidate's situation is changed from applying to selected and it can be consulted in the Selected tab.
This button is used when the candidate does not match the job opening needs and expectations. When using this option, the candidate is deleted and can no longer be consulted for the job opening in question.
Selected tab
This tab shows internal candidates (if any) and external candidates.
In the Candidate search screen, a candidate can be added to a job opening to which he or she is not added yet. When adding the candidate, he or she will be available in the Selected tab list.
Register an opinion about the stages that were completed by the candidate. The stages and their respective people responsible are registered in the Add stage model screen.
The data registered in each stage of a candidate can be viewed You can also define the stages that were not yet registered for the candidate, and edit the finished ones.
Medical examination stage
After the HR department confirms the submission of a candidate to the medical examination, the data is automatically integrated with the Security and Medicine module. You can manually define the situation, enter a comment and add attachments regarding the stage in the job opening management screen, in the Selected tab, in Actions > Stage details > Edit.
After sending the candidate to the medical examination stage, the following situations are made available in the integration with the Security and Medicine module:
- Awaiting integration: occurs when the candidate data is sent to the Security and Medicine module and have not been integrated yet.
- Error in the integration: occurs when there is a problem in the integration with the Security and Medicine module. In this situation, data can be changed at the stage register edit of the candidate.
- Integration successful: occurs when the data is integrated with the Security and Medicine module and waits for the medical examination results.
- Medical opinion: shows the opinion that is registered in the External Occupational Health Certificate (FR110MAM) window, which is integrated in the candidate stage, when an attendant registers the external ASO* (Occupational Health Certificate) opinion on the on-premises Security and Medicine module. After the integration, the candidate's situation is automatically changed according to the following ASO* (Occupational Health Certificate) opinion:
- Approved: when the ASO* opinion is Able or Able with restrictions;
- Rejected: when the ASO* opinion is Unable.
A notification about the ASO* opinion is sent to the medical examination requester and also to the person responsible for the job opening.
Important
Before integrating with the Security and Medicine module, if the Approved or Rejected situation is registered in the candidate's medical examination stage, this situation is not replaced by the opinion.This option is used to reject the candidate in the whole selection process. When rejecting a candidate, he or she will no longer show up in the approval list (Finish Job Opening button). You can also reject the candidate in the steps only. In this case, the candidate continues participating in the selection process.
Cancel the rejection of a candidate
After rejecting a candidate, this status can be reversed by clicking in the Actions > Cancel rejection button. Upon returning to the selection process from which the candidate was rejected, he or she will participate in the next stages, if any.
This option is used to remove the candidate from the list of selected candidates, returning him or her to the applying list.
Important
When the candidate already has a registered stage, he or she cannot be removed from the list of selected candidates.
The job opening conclusion can only be done by users with an HR role permission, even if that user is not responsible for the job opening. After finishing the job opening, it cannot be reopen.
- Salary proposal: in this field, the end salary for the approved candidate must be defined and then submitted for execution. The provided information is validated so that the value is in the interval of the job opening salary range, defined in the Information tab of the Job Opening Registration screen.
The end salary information is displayed for consultation in job openings with the Finished situation, in the list of selected candidates of the Manage Job Opening screen and in the Approved Candidates screen (Recruitment management > Approved candidates > View details), where the defined salary (Salary proposal) and the job opening finish comment are displayed.
The job opening cancellation can be done at any time during the selection process, even if there already are stages with a registered opinion and it can only be done by users with an HR role permission, even if such users are not responsible for the job opening. After finishing the job cancellation, it cannot be reopen.
Whenever a job opening is canceled, the requester and the candidates involved in the selection process are notified.
Upon finishing the job opening and defining the candidate who was approved in the selection process, the admission department must access the list of finished job openings. This screen displays details about the job opening and the approved candidate in: Recruitment management > Approved candidates.
For the admission/transfer process to occur automatically, the Enable integration of approved candidates parameter, found in Technology > Configuration > By tenant > HCM > Recruitment, must be set as true.
In this case, the Information frame displays the following integration situations:
- In processing: occurs when the integration of the candidate approved for the job opening has not been finished yet.
- Error in the integration: occurs when there is a problem in the integration of the candidate approved for the job opening.
When the integration is finished successfully, the job opening and the candidate will no longer be displayed in the list of approved candidates.
If the parameter is not enabled, the Finish button becomes available so that the pendency can be deleted from the screen and the admission/transfer process must be executed in the Personnel Management module at the Employees window in: Workers > Admission form > Employees, Permanent Employment button.
Quitting candidates
For cases in which the approved candidate quits the job opening, the permanent employment can be canceled by the Cancel permanent employment button of the Candidates to be Turned Permanent (FRCANEFE) window of the Personnel Administration module.
Upon canceling the permanent employment, the situation of the approved candidate becomes "Quitter" and they may be viewed in the Selected tab, the job opening is reopened and its situation is changed to In progress. A notification is also sent to the job opening requester and to the person responsible for it, informing about the candidate's waiver.
Upon finishing the job opening in the Manage Job Opening screen in: Recruitment Management >
Whenever a candidate is approved in a job opening, the requesting Manager is notified.

Another visualization option is at Recruitment Management > Candidate search, through the basic or boolean search.
