About roles and permissions
papers serve to associate users with positions within the organization or activities that will be performed. Users associated with the same role share the same access permissions to HCM. Therefore, it is important that roles are created in such a way that it is possible to apply them to multiple users.
The configuration of the roles is done by the resource ofPaper Management of the senior X platform and can be accessed at: Technology > Administration > Authorization > Role Management.
Types of Access Controlled by Permission Resources
- Screens that the user assigned to that role can access
- Actions that the user can perform within a process
- Scope filters
that restrict types of information to which the user has accessNoteNew scope filters that are associated with roles have a minimum time for them to take effect for the associated users. To learn more, see thedocumentation in the Senior X Platform Handbook

Compensation Management Permissions
For the Recruitment Management module, the default system roles are:
- Remuneration analyst: is responsible for the salary policy and salary table processes, and for executing salary raise and promotion proposals in the organization.
- Manager: is responsible for promotion and salary raise proposals for led people and for performing the remuneration management through the charts available in the dashboard.
- Worker: when allowed by the company, the Worker is responsible for requesting salary raises, evidencing said request with justifications.
- Occupational medicine: when configured by the HR department, the approval sequence of the promotion proposals is integrated, acting before the final decision of the HR Analyst.
Note
The Occupational Medicine role has no relation to the on-premises Security and Medicine module.
Remuneration-Integration: is responsible for executing the integration sequences of the Human Capital Management | HCM on-premises modules for the Remuneration Management module.
HR - Proposal Approver (Start): when configured, this role will be responsible for approving the proposal at the beginning and end of the flow and making it effective at the end.
HR - Proposal Approver (Final): when configured, this role will be responsible for approving the proposal at the end of the flow and making it effective at the end.
Note
To start the salary proposal and promotion process flow (workflow) it is necessary that the Consultant or Administratorconfigure the permission.
