Employees

If you use the ​Time and Cafeteria Control module or ​Personnel Management, from the ​Human Capital Management | HCM or Ronda Senior, registration does not need to be carried out.

1. In List of Employees, click Add to add a new employee and enter his information;
2. Inform the External Identifier that will be used for integration between ​Clocking Event 2.0 | HCM and the system;
3. Enter, obligatorily, the employee's data, which will be used for identification: Name , PIS , E-mail , Company , Employee Type and Registration Number ;
4. Inform one or more managers who will have access to the employee's information;
5. So that it is possible to relate the name of the employee used in the application with the name of the employee used to access the senior X Platform, in Users inform the employee's user on the platform. For example, firstname.lastname;
6. If the employee uses NFC technology on the badge, insert the NFC Code ;
7. When using the "Integração G5" data source, users are sent from the system to ​Clocking Event 2.0 | HCM and have Active status. If the employee is terminated or is not part of the Senior system, his status will be Inactive ;
8. Determine the source of data for the application;
9. If you use the QR Code tool in the time stamps, generate the employee's code by clicking on the Generate button;
10. Click the Print button, access the platform notification in the bell ;
11. On the Notifications screen, check the desired notification and access the report.
12. Click Save to confirm the employee's inclusion.

Through the filters, search for employees already registered and, in Actions, click Delete or Change to consult or edit the information.

When the data source is "G5 Integration", only the NFC Code field can be changed.

To enter the NFC code for more than one employee, use the multiple change feature to include a CSV file with the NFC code list specified for each employee.

The CSV file must meet the following criteria:

• contain a PIS;NFC header
• the information is separated by ;
• not contain special characters in PIS and NFC
• if there are more columns in the file, the first ones must be PIS and NFC

Example:

It is possible to generate and print the codes individually or collectively.

Individual

1. When you find the desired employee, in Actions , click Change ;
2. To generate the code, click Generate ;

Observation

When clicking on the Generate button, the system will display the message: If identification information already exists for the employee, it will be overwritten. Do you want to proceed? In this situation, you have a few options for actions to take:

1. If you choose to proceed and the employee already has a generated code, the previous code will be overwritten and a new code will be generated;
2. If the employee does not have a code, and you choose to proceed, a new code will be generated;
3. If you choose not to proceed and the employee already had a generated code, the current code will not be overwritten;
4. And if you choose not to proceed but the employee does not have a generated code, a new code will not be generated.

At the end of the generation process, you can print the code:

1. Click the Print button;
2. Access the platform notification in the bell ;
3. On the Notifications screen, check the desired notification and access the report.

Collective

1. On the senior X platform, access the Employees screen through the menu: Human Capital Management > ​Clocking Event 2.0 | HCM > Employees > Employee List;
2. Click the Actions button;
3. Then click the Generate Identification Codes button.

Observation

As with the generation of codes individually, the system will also display the message: If identification information already exists for the employee, it will be overwritten. Do you want to proceed? for generation collectively. In this situation, you have a few options for actions to take:

1. If you choose to proceed and employees already have generated code, the previous code will be overwritten and new code will be generated;
2. If the employees do not have a code, and you choose to proceed, a new code will be generated;
3. If you choose not to proceed and the employees already have a generated code, the current code will not be overwritten;
4. And if you choose not to proceed but the employees do not have a generated code, a new code will not be generated.

To obtain a complete report with the QR Code or Bar Code of each employee:

1. Under the Employees List, click on the Actions button, then click on Print Identification Codes ;
2. The system will issue the message: Wait a few seconds until the report is generated ;
3. When the report is ready, the system will issue a notification that the report is ready;
4. Access the platform notification in the bell ;
5. On the Notifications screen, check the desired notification and access the report.
