Attendants
Make the registration of all the people who perform care. They can be internal or external attendants. For the internal attendant it is necessary to inform the user code related to the attendant. It serves to identify the assistants, nurses and doctors who will be registered in the medical appointments, examinations, etc.
For the registration of medical assistants (doctors, physiotherapists, dentists, etc.) who will provide services in the company's outpatient clinic, the type of professional advice, the registration number in this board and the title attributed to the this professional.

This information will be used when printing system documents such as prescriptions, ASO, etc.
In the Contact folder, you will find information related to the doctor responsible for the care. Information such as address, telephone number and others may be considered when issuing the ASO.
In the Exam folder, you can define whether the attendant is authorized in the exam results record to type in the Occupational field or to reopen a completed exam result.
In the Area folder, you can register the areas in which the attendant will act. In the Attendee folder you will find the definitions of the report templates and shortcut buttons that will be available in the attendance screen.
Under Schedules allows you to define for the attendant, from a starting date, several different times on the same day and for each day of the week. When you access this tab, the last initial date you registered for the attendant will be loaded. For each day of the selected week allows, through the grid next, to maintain the schedules. It allows to register to the attendant the available schedules that comprises in:
- Start Time
- End Time
- Area
- Duration
For each day of the week there is a time stamp. The Replicate Time button allows you to automatically enter the time until Saturday. Through the Export Time button, the times can be transferred to another attendant from a certain date.
In the Subnormality folder, allows you to configure buttons (2) that will trigger copy templates / specific or rules that will be available in Medicine> Attendance> Subnormality Monitoring.
In the Scheduling folder, the schedule transfers are configured in the medical calendar, the presentation of the schedule and the possibility to configure buttons that will trigger copy templates / specific or rules that will be available in Medicine> Attendance> Schedule.
Enter a code for each attendant.
Information
Identify the origin of this attendant:
- Internal (Collaborator, Third Party, Partner) - This type of attendant is used in most medical screens, except those of External Certificate and External ASO.
- External (Anyone) - This type of attendant is used only in screens such as External Attestation, External ASO, Vaccine Application, Medication Administration and Prescription.
Enter the employee's registration.
When informing the employee, the name of the attendant will be automatically filled with the name of the employee, registered in Employees> Registration Form> Employees, Third Parties or Partners, depending on the type of employee.
Record the name of the external attendant.
Enter the code of the professional council.
Record the number corresponding to the record in the board. The information registered in this field will be suggested in the records of History of Leave, when the Attendant in question is informed.
Due to eSocial consistencies, this field must be a maximum of 14 characters.
Record Status
Enter the status of record D - "Definitive" or "P - Interim".
Title used for the presentation of the attendant.
Dr (a) for Doctor / Doctor.
Relate a user code to this attendant. Without filling this field you will not be able to access the screens of outpatient care.
Record the code of the standard post, that is, the post that usually the attendant works.
This field will have reflections on the Exam Selection screen displayed through the Exams button on the ASO screen (internal and external). Patient exams will be screened for ASO printing.
By entering 12, in the screen of Selection of Exams, will be projected from the date of registration of the ASO 12 previous months (13/03/2003 to 03/13/2004).
This field will also have reflections on the Exam Selection screen. The status of the examinations surveyed will be checked according to the Monthly Aso Informed Examinations:
- Without seem - Only the exams that do not appear informed will be presented.
- With Opinion - Only the examinations will be considered with some informed opinion.
- Both - All exams will be considered.
When you call the Questionnaire screen through the Medical Care, Medical Record or Exams Result, it will be checked whether the screen should be automatically closed or not when adding / changing / deleting a questionnaire.

Define how to refer to CID (International Classification of Diseases) codes / names.

Define the ASO Attendant information:
- It does not emit.
- Send address, only the address will be printed on the ASO.

Attendance
The fields in this folder will be used in the pre-service and medical care screen. Allows you to use buttons for official or specific reports or to run rules. It also allows to define the buttons that will be displayed on the attendance screen and forms of attendance registration.
When executing a report using the specific buttons on the Call screen, the NumEmp, CodFic, DatAte and HorAte values of the screen will be internally passed for the report to be executed, but for these values to be assigned in the model entry screen, the defined variables for this information they must have the following names, respectively:
- EAbrEmp for the company;
- EAbrFic for the Medical Record;
- EDATeTE for the Date of Service;
- EHorAte for the Time of Service.
For the report to be generated directly, without opening the input screen, the model can not have any other field than those quoted above.
If you have a different field, such as the ECodFic variable for the medical record, the entry screen with only this field will be displayed. The fields defined above will receive the values passed by the Answer screen and will be hidden.

Inform the attendant (s) of the attendance and the reasons for the appointments that they may use. The attendant informed in this grid is related to the responsible attendant, and it is verified for each post-attendant if in his register (attendant) is defined if he works with request for exams, referrals, administration of medications or procedures. If none of these fields is indicated as 'S', or if there is no request for examination, referral, medication administration or procedure related to care, the post-care appointment will not be generated.
This attendant may be third parties or partners and does not need to have a user linked to your registration. It will only serve to generate the post-service schedules so that the actual attendants can perform the post-service through their schedules. The registration of generic attendant after-service channel in the post service, determine the items of after-service channel to be presented on the window of the after-service channel. In the Time zone folder, you must register availability with a 0 (Zero) area that will cover all medical areas, with an interval equal to what normally a post-service period lasts. This will be the interval used to generate the post-service schedules.
Examination
Valid information:

Set the default scan source for the attendant when performing Request for Exams or Exam Results.
- If this field is not informed, it will check if there is already an existing record of type "1 - Admissional" (R108ORI.TipOri) already exists for the medical record informed, if there is already it should suggest the first origin with type "2 - Periodical "(R108ORI), otherwise continue to suggest" 1 - Admissional ".
- The origins of exams are registered in SM:Tables> Medicine> Origin of Exams.
Set the default scan situation for the attendant when registering Exam Results, as below:

If this field is not informed, the Requested.
Area
Please inform the attendance area of each attendant, as examples:
- Nursing
- General Practitioner
- Gynecology
- Pediatrics
- Dentistry
- Labor Accident
- Labor Accident for occupational disease
- Occupational Medicine
- Other
Enter the number of minutes that the attendant will make available for each service.
Schedules
Corresponds to the attendant availability start date.
Lets you select the day of the week to record or change the times in the grid. In the footer is located the Delete Time button that allows you to exclude all the times that are in the grid related to the day of the week.
It allows to register for the attendant several different times on the same day and for each day of the week. Each schedule should have a duration that is usually the average time that a query uses.
- Use the Replicate Time button to register the times for other days of the week.
- When there is a need for the attendant to no longer be on the medical agenda, even if associated with an active employee, you can exclude the availability schedule of this attendant.
Subnormality
The fields in this folder will be used in the Subnormality Monitoring screen displayed by the Monitoring button in the Sub-folder of the medical record or by the menu Medical / Attendance / Monitoring Subnormality. Allows you to use buttons for official or specific reports, or to execute rules for calling SGI screens.

It allows the attendant to transfer the appointment time (scheduling) of a patient to another date (future) or attendant to the current date in the medical agenda, to be asked whether or not to change the time for the current time.
- Adjusts without asking - change of scheduling will be done without criticism.

Allows you to set the medical agenda view:
