In order to access the system, a person must have a user to sign in. It is created by an administrator, during the person registration in the system.
- The user may be blocked. This happens after ten unsuccessful authentication tries, or if the current password is typed incorrectly during a password reset.
- A user can only access the system if has an active role with at least one permission.
To unblock your user so you are able to use the system, contact your system administrator. He or she can do it at the users screen.
In case you forgot the password, click on No problem! Click here to change it, at the login screen. An email with instructions to reset your password will be sent to an email address of your choosing. Blocked users or with pending activation cannot request a password reset.
Ronda senior X uses cookies to perform permission control. Therefore the system may not work properly if the browser is in private mode (also known as incognito mode).
At the role registration screen, in the Screen Permissions item, a permission to View the screen must be added for it to appear in the menu. If the role of your user only has permission to Add information in a certain screen, this alone will not make such screen available.
This is done at the role registration screen, in the Validations item. When activating a schedule or physical location validation for the role, a field will appear for you to select the desired schedules/physical locations.
- Activated: by choosing this option, consistency will be achieved during access validation and when sending lists to equipment;
- Disabled: this option will disregard this item when validating access and sending lists to equipment, even if its value is different in the person's other roles;
- Not configured: This item will be considered unbiased. In other words, the system will check what is stated in the person's other roles, and if the person only has that role, it will be considered the same as the optionActivated.
You can download these at the driver registration screen by using the Download driver and Download configuration file buttons (the latter is available only for the Apollo driver). To obtain the files of a specific manufacturer, register this manufacturer's driver in the system and then access its registration to view the buttons. The configuration file, config.properties, can also be obtained by extracting the downloaded driver.
- You must have a registered Access Control device with at least one registered reader;
- If the reader is of the Entry or Exit type, the necessary validations must be enabled at the physical destination location that was used in the reader's registration. If the reader is of the Both Directions type, the configuration can be done at the source location or at the destination location.

- The person must have the associated role (step 3) and a credential using the same technology as the access reader.

- You must have a type of document registered with the acronym "PIS" and/or "CPF". To do this, on the senior X Platform, access Access and Security Management > General Registrations > Types of documents and register the desired document;
- Have a REP type device registered with at least one registered reader, which can be done in senior X Platform > Access and Security Management > Access Control > Devices, both when adding a manager and editing an existing one. click inManager type and select the REP.

- The person must have the associated paper (step 4) with a document of the type informed in step 1 and with a badge using the same technology as the REP reader.
The information of a person must be in a device for that person to use it, either to access a location, clock in or clock out. For this to happen, the person must have a credential with the same technology used by a reader in the device. The person must also have a role which can access the destination location of the device. This is set in the physical location validations of the role.
Clear your browser's cache and try the desired action again. As Ronda senior X is a browser-based system, it is subject to certain situations that are affected by its operation. Some of them are fixed after cleaning the cache.
