Ronda senior X - User Manual> General registers> People> User

User

Register users, which are associated with people so that they may access the system and the functionalities related to their job. The user registration is accessed at the People screen.

What you can do:

Register user

Only an administrator user can access this screen and, consequently, register other users.

  1. On senior X Platform, go to Access Control and Security Management > General registers > People;
  2. Find the person for whom the user will be created os register it by clicking on Add;
  3. In the User section, click on the Add button and fill in the fields of the General Data section. If the person is already registered in another Senior system that uses the same type of user (such as Management Dashboard or Enterprise Resource Planning | ERP), that user can be used instead. To do this, click on Registered users and select a register from the list;

Note

In case of an Administrator, check the Administrator checkbox. An Administrator user has privileges, such as: having access to every screen and data of the system (the permissions and ranges are not considered), being able to create and edit other users, and also create and edit role ranges. The unchecked option defines that the user is a common type, that is, one who only accesses the expected data and screens and does not have the aforementioned privileges.

There's also a user known as "Master Administrator", who is the initial user created by Senior to start the use of the system. This user cannot be deleted by other users.

  1. In the User preferences section, in the Internationalization field - which defines the format of the fields that vary for each country, as well as the system language -, select the location where the user is. For an option to appear in this field, it must be previously added through the International locations screen.
  2. Select a Time zone. For an option to appear in this field, it must be added at the time zone screen. The value defined in this screen affects all of the system screens that show time;
  3. Select a Default role for the credential delivery screen in the Credential Issuance Preferences section. In this search, only roles that have the Temporary use credential option checked in the role registration are shown;
  4. Select the ID Card technology and/or the Technology manufacturer;
  5. Click on Save.
