Procedure

Register and search for procedures to be carried out when welcoming a visitor. After the procedures are registered, you can use them in the visit type registration.

What you can do:

Register procedure

  1. In senior X Platform, access Access and Security Management > Entrance Management > Visit Procedures and, in the Registered Procedures section, clickTo add;
  2. Fill in theName of the procedure and theValidity (in days) to determine the time interval until it must be run again. If the validity in days is equal to zero, the procedure must be carried out on every new visit.
  3. In the fieldType of procedure, select one of the options:

    To associate a procedure with a consent, theType of procedure selected must beHas a consent form.

To modify or delete procedures, find the desired register by using the filter, select the procedure and click on the Edit or Delete button.

The association of a procedure with atype of visit prevents it from being deleted from the system and the fieldType of procedure can be changed.
