Visit resources
Register, edit and delete, from the system, resources that will be used in a visit, such as office supplies, food, electronic devices, among others. This information will be used in the registration oftype of visit and inscheduling visits.
Note
The user must have permission for the registration, editing and deletion of resources. Permissions must be configured in the senior X Platform roles screen.
What you can do:
On senior X Platform, go to Access Control and Security Management > Lobby management > Visit resources, click on Add, fill in the Name of the resource and click on Save. With this, the resource is ready to be selected in theschedules it is ustypes of visit.
To modify or delete registered resources, find the desired register by using the filter or in the Registered Resources section, select the register and click on the Edit or the Delete button.
Note
- It is only possible to delete resources that are not associated with any of the visit types used in the scheduling screen.
- When changing a type of visit at reception or in scheduling, the resources will be deleted if the new type of visit does not have them associated in its registry. If there are resources in common, they will be maintained, as well as the quantities informed.
Find the desired register through the filter or in the Registered Resources section, select it and click on the Edit button.
In Resource Details, in the Visit Types Related to the Resource tab, click on Add, select the Visit type and click on Save.
