Scope - Third Party Companies
Coverage
To register a scope:
- Access Technology > Administration > Authorization > Paper management;
- In the Roles section, search for the role you want and clickTo edit. If you need to register a role, clickNew role;
- In the Settings section, on the Filters tab, search forsam;
- Click the arrow next tosam/third and then inNew;
- Fill in the fields of the desired scope;
- click inTo save.
The scope can be applied to third-party companies.
Below are the screens, sections and fields that apply this scope in Ronda senior X.
Companies, Contracts and Third Parties
The Companies, Contracts and Third Parties tabs, on the Third Party Management Records screen, will only show records related to third party companies defined in scope for the current user. If there is no scope configured, records from all third-party companies will be displayed in these tabs.
A user who is covered by a third-party company cannot register new companies.
This scope should be used with users who are of the typeAdministrator by contract, so that they do not see third-party companies restricted to certain users. It should not be applied to Contract Responsible users, as they can only see contracts for which they are responsible. It should also not be used with Contract Data Reviewers, as scopes are not applied to the BPM approval flow or process flow configuration.
This scope also affects the data that is shown in theAnalytics of Third Party Management for Persons Responsible under contract.
