Analytics Round: Third Party Management (Administrator by contract)
The monitoring indicators in Third Party Management are easily viewed in a panel format, allowing a complete view of the management data.
Through filters, it is possible to perform various control actions, such as configuring the visualization, exporting in PDF or PNG formats and viewing the DataSet data.
How to access and use
Access to the Third Party Management information panel must be done by senior X Platform > Access and Security Management | Ronda X > Analytics Ronda > Third Party Management.
Note
This screen brings Analytics with information for usersContract administrators and is only available to users of this type in the contracting company. For Analytics for Contract Managers, the path is Access and Security Management | Round X > Third Party Management > Analytics.
The availability of information refers to each registration made in Third Party Management, such as information related to third party companies and their contracts.
In the upper right corner of the screen, you can use some buttons to update and expand:
Automatic Update
The button allows the manager to configure the automatic update of the Analytics Ronda panel. It is possible to configure with the options:Do not update, Update every 1m, Update every 5m, Update every 10m, Update every 15m, Update every 30m It isUpdate every 1h.
Button
Allows manual updating of the panel and informs the date and time of the last update.

Enables screen expansion, ensuring a complete viewing mode. To exit full screen mode, press theEsc.
Data visualization
The Analytics panel is made up of several sections of information, which provide numbers and graphs with indicators.
Button
Each data section has, in the upper right corner, a button with a column icon with three lines. When you click it, the following buttons are shown (the availability of some of the buttons varies with each data section):
- Filters: allows you to configure the filters in that section when opening a screen with Sorting and Filters options;
- To update: performs the update only for that specific section;
- Export PDF: when selected, the section data is automatically exported to .pdf format, allowing the recording of that specific record under the manager's control;
- Export PNG: allows exporting data from the selected section to a .png image file. The generated file is automatically saved on the device connected to the Ronda senior X;
- Full screen: makes the graph occupy the entire size of the screen, for better viewing;
- View Data: the button expands the section's DataSet data. On the screen, it will also be possible to export the data in .csv format using the buttonExport CSV.
Scopes
The data shown in Third-Party Analytics is affected by the scope registered for users:
- For Contract Administrator type users, the scope ofthird party companies It iscontracts are applied;
- For Contract Responsible users, a filter is applied based on the email of the person responsible for the contract.
Analytics Information Third Party Management
Active contracts
Indicates the amount ofthird party contracts that are currently active on the system.
Active third-party companies
Shows the number ofthird party companies that are active on the system.
Active third parties
Displays the number of people from third-party companies who are registered in the system.
Active contracts by third-party company
Pie chart showing the percentage of contracts registered for each company, among all existing contracts.
Top 10 active third parties by contract
Bar chart that lists the ten contracts with the most active third parties, classifying them by quantity.
Active third parties by approval stage
Pie chart showing the number of third parties in each approval stage. For example: how many third parties are pending approval or how many are awaiting adjustments.
Active third parties with documents due under contract
Pie chart that displays the number of third parties that have expired documents, for each contract with documents in this situation.
Active third parties with documents due within 15 days per contract
Pie chart showing the number of third parties that have documents expiring within 15 days, for each contract with documents in this situation.
Active third parties with access by contract in the last 7 days
List that shows, for each contract, the number of third parties that are active and also the number that have access.
