To integrate the functionalities of Senior products, the senior X Platform centralizes access to applications in a single place, facilitating the management of company operations. It is a simple tool and has the advantage of immediate integration between different systems and business processes. Having the same visual identity and user authentication/authorization processes, it adds more functionalities, information security and dynamism to your business.
Responsible for facilitating the user authentication process to use senior X Platform resources, login provides, through a web interface, the automation of access token generation and storage in cookies to be used by applications. To log in to the platform, you need to know the URL and enter your username and password. To do this, request your registration from the administrator, who will grant your access and inform you when you are ready.
In order to facilitate the identification of each user in shared environments, the image of the logged in user is available at the top of the screen. To access your profile, simply click on the photo.
By default, the login screen has a limit of 5 to 10 login attempts per minute. In other words, after this amount is exceeded, username and password will be blocked until the next minute.
If you forget your password, clickForgot your password?, enter your username and click the buttonTo recover. Follow the instructions sent to the email registered with your senior X Platform user. If you do not have an email defined in your user registration, or the Administrator user has not configured the email server, it will not be possible to recover the password.
Note
Password recovery via the button is only enabled for tenants who haveauthentication G7 or G5, in the latter case, password recovery instructions are sent to the email registered in the Senior User Manager.
The number of consecutive failed login attempts is a maximum of three attempts. After this number of failures, the user will be blocked for one minute, and for every new three consecutive failed attempts, the user will be blocked for an even longer time, following the sequence: 1-2-3-5-8-13-20.
If the user successfully performs the password recovery procedure, he can be removed from this lock.
By default, the platform login also has a limit of failed logins per IP. In other words, after this amount is exceeded in a certain period of time, the user's IP will also be blocked from further attempts for a few minutes.
Important
If the administrator user is configured on the integrator with the incorrect password, the user may be blocked, making it necessary to correct the password on the platform.
If your user is configured to use double-factor authentication, on their first access, on the first access since the feature was activated or even if their secret key was renewed, a message will be displayed on the login screen with a button that requests the Instructions for installing an app on your mobile device:
Click on the buttonRequest configuration email. A message will be sent to the email address registered with your senior X Platform user. This user will be shown in the notification that the email was sent successfully;
Check your email inbox and click on the instruction link. A page will be displayed with your unique QRCode and other instructions on how to configure it.
Example:
Adouble factor authentication helps protect you by making it harder for someone else to log into your account. It uses two factors to perform authentication: your password and a unique security code generated by an application. This way, even if someone discovers your password, that person will not have access to your account, because they do not have the security code.
If you do not have access to the application to generate the security code or need to disable this functionality on your account, contact your company's system administrator. Remembering that it is not necessary to have an internet connection on your mobile device to generate the code, just to install it and activate the key.
Access by an external user, to use some restricted functionalities of the system, can be done via personal/corporate email or social networks.
When having two or more environments, when the first login is made in one and subsequently an access is made in another environment, a user logout followed by a redirection to the login page of the latter environment will occur. In other words, the environment that will be used is the one last accessed.
When logging into the minha_empresa.senior.com.br environment and, after completing your tasks, accessing the meu_negocio.senior.com.br domain without having left the previous environment, you will be logged out of the previous environment (minha_empresa.senior.com .br) and a redirection to log in to the desired page (meu_negocio.senior.com.br).
Logout and redirection also occurs when you log out of the minha_empresa.senior.com.br environment in the minhaloja tenant, after trying to access my_empresa.senior.com.br tenant minhafabrica, you will be logged out of my store and will be redirected to the login screen. myfactory.
However, it is not possible to access with the same email belonging to the domain configured in the tenant; Access to the senior X Platform is only possible with two different users at the same time, in the same browser. If desired, use different browsers for each user or an incognito tab.
Note
If the fields on the login screen are appearing in a language other than Brazilian Portuguese, check the Language and Ordering settings for the preferred language in your browser, in addition to the parameterization of theinternationalization mode. This browser setting may interfere with the language of the displayed text.
Data security
The senior X Platform encrypts data at rest and in transit:
All databases that make up the platform have the encryption feature enabled, offered by the company itself.AWS;
All data transfer between users and the platform and also between its components is carried out using secure protocols such as HTTPS or AMQPS.
The access token is generated when a user authenticates on the senior X Platform, either through the platform's own login screen or through theintegration via API.
The access token is valid forseven days counted from the moment authentication is carried out.
The token expires after seven days regardless of whether it is used or not.
The access token can be renewed atup to 15 days after his generation. When an access token is renewed, a new one is generated with a default validity of seven days.
Renewal is done automatically by senior X Platform itself, but it can also be caused byintegration via API.
The access token is revoked when a user logs out of the session, either through the platform menu or through theintegration via API.

Notifications
The senior X Platform has warning notifications functionality. Such notifications can be viewed in their entirety, with those that have not been read highlighted. It is possible to configure blocks so that some notifications are no longer displayed, done by managerial, operational and news types, classifying by severity. To configure notifications, click View all notifications > Configure.
In this model, all components of the senior X Platform and all business services are installed in the cloud, eliminating the need to carry out any type of On-Premise installation.
This model allows part of the components to be in the Cloud and another part in the On-Premise model. This is an ideal model for companies that already have Senior products and who wish to integrate with the new Senior X services, with Cloud processing performance.
The hybrid model is a little more complex, as it requires integration between the Cloud and On-Premise networks, that is, it involves the configuration of secure links, in addition to components from the senior X Platform both in the Cloud and On-Premise to provide support to the business services that are spread across both models.

As browsers are updated automatically by the manufacturer, Senior does not approve these for each version released.
Senior does not recommend using the Internet Explorer browser, due to problems with memory leaks caused by it. It is suggested to use Microsoft Edge Chromium.
Note
The tenant administrator user has access to all tenant administration permissions, and is the responsibility of the customer. Senior is not responsible for damages caused if this password is shared with third parties. For this reason, we suggest changing the password after the first access, and to facilitate blocking in inappropriate cases, it is recommended to create nominal users for other users of the solution. In the case of the administrator user, the email must be updated so that, in the event of forgetting the password, it is possible for the administrator to recover it, without the need for any mediation from Senior.
To set a user as an administrator, go to the documentation onUser Management.
