Range - vacancymanagement
A abrangência do Gestão de Recrutamento e Seleção é configurada em Tecnologia > Administração > Autorização > Gestão dos papéis, dentro do papel a ser configurado acesse Filtros > hcm / recruitment > Incluir novo Filtro. Ao cadastrar as abrangências, é necessário adicionar itens a partir do botão Novo e informar a abrangência dos campos de acordo com os usuários de cada papel.
The range must be applied in the Company and Establishment fields, on which only the companies and establishments available for selection will be loaded.
Screens, cards and fields with range application in the Recruitment and Selection module
Ranges per Company and Establishment are applied in:
- Job opening list (Recruitment and Selection Management > Manage company vacations > Job Opening List)
Returns only the job openings in which the Company/Establishment are listed in the Employment Contract and are in compliance with the range defined for the current user. If no range is configured, all job openings will be displayed in this screen.
Note
This range rule will only be applied for job openings registered on the Recruitment and Selection Management.
- Manage company job openings (Recruitment and Selection Management > Manage company job openings > Filters > General > Company and Manage company job openings > Register job opening > Employment Contract > Company)
Only companies that are defined in the range for the current user will be available for selection. If no range is configured, all companies will be displayed in this screen.
- Manage company job openings (Recruitment and Selection Management > Manage company job openings > Filters > General > Establishment and Manage company job openings > Register job opening > Employment Contract > Establishment)
Only establishments that are defined in the range for the current user are returned. If no range is configured, all establishments will be displayed in this screen.
- Manage company job openings (Recruitment and Selection Management > Manage company job openings > Filters > Recruitment > Requester and Manage company job openings > Register job opening > Information > Requester)
Retornam apenas os colaboradores que são gestores e ainda estão contratados na Empresa / Estabelecimento, definidos como abrangência para o usuário atual. If no range is configured, all workers who are managers will be displayed.
Note
In the Manage Job Openings screen, both in the Filters and in the Job opening registration, the Company, Establishment and Requester fields shall not respect the range defined in the Company and Establishment fields, displaying only the information that is directly below the hierarchy of the signed-in user.
Em relação aos candidatos internos (ou seja, que possuem colaborador associado), haverá retorno apenas dos que estiverem definidos como abrangência para o usuário atual. Caso não exista nenhuma abrangência configurada, serão apresentados todos os candidatos internos na tela.
- Banco de Talentos (Gestão de Recrutamento e Seleção > Banco de Talentos)
Para que a abrangência por Empresa / Estabelecimento seja considerada no Banco de Talentos para Candidatos Internos, inicialmente é necessário configurar a abrangência na Gestão de Papéis para o papel desejado (em Tecnologia > Administração > Autorização > Gestão de Papéis).
Em seguida, é necessário configurar também a visibilidade para o recurso res://senior.com.br/hcm/vacancymanagement/talentPool nos permissionamentos do serviço hcm / vacancymanagement para o papel desejado. A permissão Visualizar precisa estar ativa, com filtro para o recurso internalWithFilter(res://senior.com.br/hcm/vacancymanagement/talentPool), caso contrário, a abrangência não será aplicada no Banco de Talentos.
