Worker Information
The Worker Information screen is accessed when a Manager proposes a salary raise or a job promotion for a led person. Said Manager will then have a unified view of the information that influence these processes and can make a more assertive decision.
Framework
It makes it possible to quickly identify where the employee is located in relation to the class and salary range of the position/position he occupies.
It also shows, in percentages, whether the employee's salary is within, above or below the salary range, in relation to the market range, registered on the salary table screen. If the employee's salary is above or below the range, the acronym N/A (not applicable) will be displayed to identify that the amount received by the employee is not adequate for that offered by the labor market.
The Eligibility card first considers the salary information of the job linked to the position and, if it does not have it, it considers the information of the job and, finally, the position.
Annotation history
Allows the Manager to identify whether the Worker received any disciplinary measures and evaluate him or her when proposing a salary raise. The configuration of annotations considered disciplinary measures is done by the HR department and the data comes from the Personnel Administration module. Disciplinary measures sent to the Worker can be viewed for a period of 12 months.
This information can be accessed in: Remuneration Management > Proposals > Propose raise or promotion for led people.
Results evaluation
Displays the last three results of the indicators defined for the worker in this type of evaluation. Based on the comparison between expected and accomplished results, this methods serves as an input for the proposal evaluation, quickly measuring the development of the led person.
Competence evaluation
Displays the last three proficiency results accomplished by the worker in his or her evaluation per competences. Upon enumerating the knowledge, skills and attitudes demonstrated by the led person, the manager is provided with more decisive factors during the salary proposal evaluation.
Feedback received
Feedback received by the worker might help the Manager make decisions. A feedback occurrence is usually information-rich about the Worker's results, degree of commitment and engagement, serving as an input to consider the salary proposals of the team.
Important
The feedback occurrences displayed in this frame are only the ones shared with the Manager.
Last spontaneous salary raises
The spontaneous raise (also known as horizontal promotion) is every raise that is not required by law, and may be the result of a job promotion, for example. On the other hand we have the legal adjusts, which are those required by law, like indexation resulting from a collective bargaining agreement in the category database.
This chart shows the last spontaneous raises granted to the proposal worker, allowing you to quickly identify how long the worker has not received a salary adjust.
Important
If your company works with different workloads, check the following configuration:What option is used to display employee salaries in the manager and HR panels?
Absenteeism
Displays a comparison between worked hours and hours referring to other situations (that are set to be considered in the Absenteeism field of the Time Control module, in the Situations screen), such as absence hours, during the last four months. With this chart, information is displayed in a visual and objective manner, enriching the evaluation process of possible salary adjusts.
Overtime
Monitoring the overtime volume allows you to identify whether the worker is finishing the work during working hours, i.e., without increasing the production cost. This monitoring provides a basis to verify whether the salary adjust is deserved, for example. The data in this chart is based on the worker's payroll.
Request history
Displays salary proposal or job promotion requests that were approved, rejected
Observation
The information changed in the Employee's movement can be consulted in the proposal history.
